Bloodlines is my favorite 16bit castlevania, it really made good use of the genesis graphics and sound capabilities (limitations)
Criterion really did a great job porting and enhancing this game and im glad I picked it up. Might be EAs last time supporting Nintendo :(
I'm pretty sure Randy Pitchford deserves a slap in the face from every person who has ever played a video game.
Ninja Gaiden was a launch port with absolutely no real Gamepad features. The Gamepad will make this the best version because they are actually using it to alter the gameplay experience for the better. People who fail to understand the potential of a superior controller and care more about how games look over how they play are not true gamers. Lovegames718 your Ninja Gaiden argument is invalid.
Why so many disagrees Dylila is actually talking sense this time.
Happy to see someones making good use of Nintendo's decent hardware and excellent Gamepad. The system has a lot of potential and it's to bad so many developers will not invest the time money and effort like these guys have.
iGAM3R you have no idea what your talking about. Wii U disc read speeds are 22mb/s vs PS3 9mb/s and Nintendo uses proprietary Blu-ray Discs. I'm not a fan of people just spreading fanboy Bullshit like butter get your facts straight before posting thanks.
Now all they have to do is reduce the footprint of the OS by 1/2 lol.
Too bad, I personally think the Wii U would be great for first person shooters. It's nice having several control options and I really would like to play a quality FPS using the wiimote. (I find aiming manually more interactive) I guess I'm in the minority though sadly.
-_-
To bad EAs priorities dont include Wii U support, I know I would have bought Crisis 3 and BF4 for my U in a heart beat. Its unfortunate that EA and Nintendo seem to both have there heads shoved way up there own asses.
I was happy to hear that Blizzard was bringing Diablo 3 to Sony consoles which was definitely a solid business decision for both parties. However I think a Wii U port could have even more potential with proper use of Gamepad. I would love to see this eventually happen although I'm not getting my hopes up.
Correction it would have maybe been a system seller if it came out when it was supposed to as an exclusive. Pretty low business decision all round.
AMAZING
PC version is always best... If your a graphics whore who doesn't care for improved gameplay and features.
Quantic Dream is not an innovative company when it comes to gameplay not in the slightest. There games consist of a bunch of quick time events and pretty pictures. Probably the worst company you could have choosen for an example in this discussion. There next big innovation will most likely be rendering eyelashs pores and sadder looking faces.
What Poprocks? Learn to read or reread a post a couple times before you reply to it. You just repeated everything I said like you were correcting me are you Dyslexic. I shouldnt waste my time explaining to you how to comprehend statements but reread the post above mine that I was replying to then reread my post then reread your post...
Like I said both consoles had there strengths and weaknesses but overall the Snes had more balanced hardware for 2d gaming (thats what these systems were designed for) your videos are completely irrelevant, a better example would have been Lightening Force that game would bring the Snes to its knees. Every good console will have its excellent exclusives that take advantage of the hardware but the easiest way to judge a systems overall capabilities would be by comparing multi platform games re...
Honestly people get used to ports for the Wii U. Not many studios are going to take the risk of making a game from the ground up for a system that isn't selling. As long as these ports are of great games and are the definitive version all round like Trine 3 or NFS MW for example, It's better than no games at all.
EA doesn't deserve your money however Criterion does for actually putting effort into making this port something special. Also I'm not to keen on how a simulation racing experience is going to play out on Wii U with its lack of analog triggers.
Would not be suprised if the April update comes in May judging by the way Nintendo has been doing things lately.
