Microsoft can't seem to put out a clear message when it comes to their Xbox brand and what it offers/represents
I'll buy it once its cheap down the road
Microosoft knew what they were doing when decided to give Win10 free upgrades.
Microsoft seems to backtrack on many things this gen dealing with their gaming announcements
8gb will be worth it in the long run
Microsoft might as well just stop releasing Xbox machines out in Japan
Microsoft is trying establish a strong hold on gaming as whole PC and console that's the purpose of everything coming under the Windows service
Microsoft doesn't want to kill consoles they want to build a strong hold on the PC and console front with Windows
Microsoft aren't killing off the console they are creating a Windows gaming service and the Xbox allows for cheaper entry into that. some share holders view the Xbox as useless/wanted it spun off but would have no problem with it existing long as it becomes a Windows device.
I like the new additions but i'm not going to pay 60 dollars.I'll wait for a price drop down the road.

There aren't going to be major publishers lined up to buy an empty shell of a studio.
I'm not expecting NX to have any major western 3rd party support
Its the Tomb Raider situation all over again where Microsoft is publishing/funding another timed multiplatform game.
The Xbox brand is now apart of the Windows gaming service.Microsoft will continue to release boxes which allows cheaper entry into the eco system.the focus will be on xbl subs and amounts of software they hope to sell across the service.. Microsoft aren't going the traditional route anymore when it comes to console.
The PS4 offers the most exclusives out of all current gen machines
Phil said that Xbox would have exclusives but things for sure have changed in direction. The Xbox One is just a cheaper entry into the Windows eco system now that everything is united.a person with a nice rig could look in the direction of buying a Nintendo or Sony console without being worried about missing out on Microsoft 1st party software.
I'm saying Microsoft is moving towards building their gaming as some type of Windows service where a person could play all their software on PC/Xbox.nothing is going to be restricted to the Xbox console anymore in terms of software. Sony and Nintendo are the only ones with the traditional console path that a person with a rig may look into buying due to not having access to their exclusives. Microsoft Is doing kind of what Valve did with Steam machines giving gamers the option to play...
