No way kinect is not staying. If it happens Microsoft wasted money revamping the OS for nothing. Its highly unlikely as the OS is windows 8 and taking it out causes more problems. Its a Sony fanboys wet dream to see it removed, but you'll be waiting till the next console release for that to be seen,maybe?
I play around 4 hours a night, mostly game.
Microsoft is managed better as they don't have the same crippling issues as Sony. Sony is rip to be taken over or be merged with another company.
E3 shall be interesting. Sony needs to show at least two brand new IP's for me to be even interested in owning a PS4. Sony is the leading console at the moment with more users, remakes are ok, but lets see something new please?
Indies are fine but dont stop making AAA games. Sony is a more friendly to indies and is looking to have a 50/50 ratio of indies and AAA games on the Ps4, as it stands now.
Microsoft is looking for more AAA games.
Epic claiming AAA games will be less available in the future, the minority. For me is the wrong direction and seems to me Sony and Epic are pushing for this future within gaming.
Some interesting videos online showing how blurry and downgraded games look at 1080p native on PS4.
Trail fusion is the latest example. Sony is putting too much pressure on devs to reach 1080p. Graphic downgrades to have higher resolutions is dumb.
The game sucked if you played Gears 3 you'd know why it sold badly.
Gears is awesome i cant wait for the next one. The multiplayer for gears is way more competitive than titanfall and halo and lot more fun.

Sony is looking for balance with indies and AAA games. Sony will have to cut back on the funding for lots of new games, but it be stupid to think they will not have some new first party games to show at E3
But my view is Microsoft will show more AAA games off at E3

Software is more important than hardware. What would Battlefield 4 look like for it not for the Frostbite engine? This is software tech. Hardware can be way better with better drivers.

Directx12 took years to code and RD for. I doubt opengl will have the same features.

32embeeded Esram is for the Gpu exclusively ,the older type esram found in the 360 was fitted on the
boardboard to be used for the OS and games.
Devs are unfimilar with the new design. You dont use Esram for low level textures and graphics. My view i believe devs used the 5 gigs of ddr3 for games,only, the third party devs at least.

There is lot of games coming i am excited for the division, battlefront, gears of war, like to see more of sunset overdrive. Newer games not yet seen by people will decide e3 for Sony or Microsoft
PS4 is good value, considering the better GPU and having 8 gigs of GGdr5. Its shame Sony is wasting 3 gigs of it for the OS would been better off putting in 6 or 7 gigs for games and using 2 to 3 gigs of ddr3 for the Os
Ps4 just needs more new exclusives, for me to go get one, I have pc computer so lot of the games the ps4 has i can play there.
PS4 needs a shooter to rival the halo's and gears of war. Killzone is not it.
