I have a theory that may or not make sense. Allegedly this game shown at E3 by Black Tusk involved robbing from the Chinese.
Maybe Microsoft decided against it because China has opened its market to consoles and Microsoft maybe feared this game would hurt them there?
Afterall look what happened to BF4 it was banned in China.

Why ignore the good franchises just bring them back if fans want them. I don't see what the issue is with that?
Its up to other studios not Microsoft to create new IPS, but i see Microsoft being more involved than ever before helping those studios, bring out new IP's.

Its going to be a long wait for Gears 4 late 2015 would be promising, but i expect 2016 is more likely.
I hope Epic ports Gears 3 to xb1, its much easier now for Microsoft to do it with Epic out of the picture.
Titanfall is 720p and 60 frames, thats be know for a while now.
The majority of posters here support Sony. Nothing you can do about. Just ignore most of them. If you see a poster who sees nothing wrong with the PS4, you know they are fanboys anyways.
Both consoles have advantages and disadvantages, a true gamer will point that out.
I think 5 things matter when you buy a console.
Games
Hardware.
OS
Gaming peripherals
multiplayer.
Microsoft i am being biased with this, but i think Microsoft is ahead so far with three of those items.
Games, Microsoft has the better line up.
OS Microsoft OS is next gen, Sony OS is last gen.
Online. PSN network has improved it still lags...

They lagged out connections on the x box 360. So they can go to PS4 if they like. Not kidding worst online spongers were French and Spanish.
Its not been racist, i have online friends from those countries, but there poor connections brought down the connection of most games.
Reaching 10 million would be easy for any gaming console even more even in one year.
The only thing that holds back sales would be the price.
400 or even 500 is lot of money for some gamers to come up with.

Feb should be a good month for Microsoft with sales. Lot of my friends on x box 360 are making the switch then from 360 to xb1
Something is clearly wrong if the x box 360 version looks like the xb1 version. I seriously doubt it. If it is- most be a driver issue on the xb1, i guess the tools are just not there yet for performance.
The x box 360 graphic card is ancient is been the same since 2007 and the 360 has only has 524mb of memory, to work with
The xb1 graphic card is only about year old at most and the ram available for games is 5 to 6 gigs, plus ESRAM.

I doubt it was a hoax, too much of what they were going do in 2014, 2015 was leaked. Microsoft needs surprises for E3 and other gaming conferences, and most of it has leaked now. Of course Microsoft is pissed.
720p is the standard on the xb1 console, 480 will not happen. The GPU can manage 720p and 900p no problem, the issue is 1080p it more tasking on the GPU side.
The only difference with both consoles will be the resolution. The multiplatform games will play out the exact same on both consoles. Thats just a fact. Experiences will be the same, for gamers.
The fact is though the xb1 GPU is weaker than the PS4 one and there is nothing can be done with that.
PS4 will achieve better results. Does it matter not really, because i believe games and the online experience is what mastters most.
