SDK update is going to change lot of things in the coming months especially with those new games, coming late 2014.
Some developers are only beginning to get there hands on it now. Games already done will likely have to be optimised for it.

I got my x box day one, and to be honest i couldn't care less about this, the more people on x box the better for x box and x box fans.
Disk tray removed is more likely than Kinect been removed. All the work put in to updating the current Microsoft OS would suddenly become irrelevant if you removed it.
Its not going to happen, lot of x box users like the Kinect it is a HD camera and you can move around the dashboard using it. So get real its not going anywhere.
kinect is used for voice. If you remove Kinect there would be no point maintaining the current Microsoft OS.
Price is the reason PS4 is selling better, if you believe its for any other reason than that, you're better of not posting at all.

x box 1 GPU runs at a higher clock speed than the PS4 one, however the PS4 GPU has more shading and textural power.

Microsoft will be releasing a new SDK soon (software development package) that is much faster than the current one. Developers have already stated the x box 1 will be comparable with PS4 soon enough. These stories will go away.

Sony can't match Microsoft's wallet. Its that simple. Sony finances are not there to support new franchises and buy new games for PS4 only.
Titanfall will only come to the PS4 If Respawn lose the support Microsoft is giving them.
Don't be shocked if the next Titanfall, thats if its successful is only for x box 1 and no longer supported for PC
