The fog isn't static lol. Them adding it as well as increasing the texture quality meant that from June till September they're greatly optimised the game

They said that the stuff they showed was in game, in game =/= gameplay. That is a cutscene they were showing during the presentation. Quantum Break doesn't look like that

In terms of graphics I don't think so from what we've seen thus far. Crysis 3 on PC (I was playing at medium) is easily the best looking game I've ever seen
I don't doubt Killzone SF will be a better game though. I've always like the KZ multiplayer and the story this time around seems very interesting.
