its going to depend on the game really. most AAA devs do not need extra revenue from sponsors so do not expect to see any ads in their games. smaller fly-by-night shovelware companies are not going to have a problem taking money from a softdrink company and sticking their logo right on the main characters t-shirt. if you do not like ads , do not buy games with ads in them. do not watch tv. use ad-block and noscript on your pc, and mute any ad in any video if it is not skippable.

the article says 1 million reports of this happening, hard to think that many cases are "stretching" anything. of course they could have said a gizillion casses as its all meaningless internet speak without sources. only MS would know the actual number of cases reported to them, the real number is not quantifiable.

has there ever been an UE3 game that came out better on the ps3 rather than xbox? i dont think so. its an engine written by a company that has made , i think 1 ps3 game, all the rest are xbox only. take a guess which system it runs better on?

i dont think the UE3 engine will ever be superior on ps3. you all claim bioware is some great developer but they use another companys engine, how great is that? how does that compare to developers that write their own engines to maximize a piece of hardware instead of using a generic cut a paste do it all game engine you can buy?(im not saying bioware do not make great games or are incompetent,just that they do not develop their own game engines)
