from what i understand, you need origin, which makes it a definite no no.
and if it's like the last one, you won't be able to even start downloading till the weekend when the trial starts, so given how unprepared ea always are when it comes to server capacity it'll take an age to download, so i doubt anybody will get much play from this "trial"
certainly not worth installing origin for as far as i'm concerned.
i miss the days when the disc was all you needed to prove you owned the game.
