how come any stores would even have a copy a month before the release?
anybody want to bet once the launch date rolls around Resi 6 will have a huge launch day patch?
they could stop supplying the stores that broke the date, i don't think they could really do anything to the people who bought it.
though i wouldn't put it past them to try.
he can kick Batman's arse, but he can't dance. ^_^
we're well aware of that fact summons, and some of us still think it's worth it.
hell, i had to buy a bigger hard drive for my ps3 because of all the games i can now download with my plus sub.
it's like long term rental, except you don't have to give back the old games when you get new ones.
works for me. ^_^
surely Fenix's special would be to call the Hammer of Dawn down on his enemies.
any station from Vice City.
Emotion was my favourite though.
the only thing i demand?
don't lock 10% of the bloody campaign behind some bullshit offline pass.
other than that, i think Rocksteady know what they're doing.
i'll just wait for the GOTY edition.
worked out pretty well for me with the original.
what gets me is the defense they use about all the services it allows you to access once you subscribe.
most of which are free on other platforms, and also many of the services also have their own sub as well.
you're paying to access another subscription service.
netflix, lovefilm, sky, nba, nfl, nhl other video services.
you have to pay to access the apps, then you have to pay for the service.
it's a cheek sa...
i guess sex does sell.
cool.
that alt mode wouldn't be appropriate for Cybertron, he'd be great for a sequel set on Earth though.
dang, not one but two people already suggested this.
still, shows it's a good idea.
they need to make this a PS Plus giveaway to get the numbers back up, and finally make it to whichever planet they've set as the end goal.
you're probably thinking of Family Guy Online, which is an MMO.
http://www.familyguyonline....
and this kind of insight is why pachter is such a respected voice in the industry. o_O
technically, it's already 100% digital, even if it's on disc it's still digital. ^_^
seriously though, if gaming does ever go 100% download or streaming, and i doubt it will, 10 years is probably an optimistic estimate.
CDs, hell, you can still get vinyl if that's your thing.
but the big issue will always remain, that of never owning what you buy.
the environments look like they could be photos, the character model, not so much.
and if this is going to be applicable to games, then it's going to have to not look grainy when it's in motion.
great looking stills are one thing, but most games are going to need to look better than that video when people are playing them.
maybe for a game like myst this engine could work.
get a version running that creates moving imagines as ...
there's probably a mod for it though.
