yeah, that one actually worked really, gave a real feel of bowling, one of the best bowling games i've played i'd say.
Scott Pilgrim a damn fun little game, and it'll be even better once that reported online multiplayer mode is available.
well, they seem to be developing similar attitudes to deadlines.
^_^
still, they've got a very, very, long way to go to match Valve's idea of what "episodic games" means.
valve seemed to think it meant once a year. ^_^
my first ps3 died overnight while it was off.
same with two of my xboxs.
the solder can crack as it cools down when the console is switched off and it contracts.
then you've got a console dying while you weren't using it.
i don't think corrupt data would do physical damage to a console, if it did, my ps3 would have died some time ago.
i'm pretty sure it's natural or you wouldn't be here, in fact, none of us would be here if sex wasn't natural.
it's as natural and necessary to your existence as eating and breathing.
unless of course you're the worlds first human clone, in which case, never mind.
and it's a lot more natural and pleasurable for both sides than shooting somebody in the head.
it's not arrogance, it's greed, they're doing this so every game will have an online pass.
well, it'll save me money, as i don't buy games with online passes.
not new anyway.
and when you need more ram, you have to buy a new processor.
i played it, on my own because i didn't have live gold and i borrowed the xbox version, and i had fun with the game.
it certainly has it's problems, and it's not as good as Borderlands, but i still enjoyed it.
from the look of it, i don't think lack of imagination is the problem here.
seems more like it maybe a bit pretentious in this instance.
all this trying attribute deeper meaning to the game, when it's just a fun game.
though who knows, maybe there's actually something deeper there later on and it's not just a game where you navigate through a trippy 3d environment.
now i don't think piracy is as bad as the publishers claim, but i don't think there's actually anything good about it either.
i'd always been an rpg fan.
one of the earliest i can remember playing is one of the Ultimas on the Sega Master System.
but FFVII did get me really into them in a big way, even more so than before.
it's a real shock to wake up to this news, i've been a fan of his since i saw him in the green mile.
he's stood out in every film he's been in, and not just because of his size.
i am genuinely saddened by this news, but my sympathies really have to go to his family and friends.
i thought it was the foxdie virus that made Snake look so old in 4.
i quite like Lydia.
my sarcastic little pack horse.
she's handy in combat, and she can't die unless i kill here, which i've been tempted to do on more than one occasion, only being stopped by her other talent.
and that is her prodigious carrying capacity.
i've had her carrying what must be tons of loot from all my dungeon raids.
especially that dwarven metal, that's bloody heavy.
oh and the dragon bones.
well, i think most of the responses on here show why this gaymercon exists.
not fans of a certain film.
and the million man march was racist i suppose?
these things only happen because a group of people are not getting equality, the reason the straight community doesn't have it's own con is because it doesn't feel the need to, you don't need to remind people that you're important as well, because, almost, the whole industry is catered right at the straight male.
then why do we need to be able to put anything of ourselves into our online presence when we're gaming?
unless you aren't actually private pile from full metal jacket what the hell has that picture got to do with gaming?
and do you only play submarine games from japan?
or just games where you can bathe?
otherwise that has sod all to do with gaming either.
so, do nintendo have the right idea and we should all have randomly gener...
she'd probably get more recognition if she was in a better game.
that's a possibility i hadn't considered.
