well, that's a shame.
i bet that will be an option.
ship, is not the same as sell.
could they tackle the spambots though? ^_^
i hope he's cheap then. o_O
i'll try the demo, but i suspect that's about as much as i'll do with the game.
buying it is looking unlikely.
glad i got my copy when i had the chance.
i'm gonna have to pick up a copy of X when it releases, even if i haven't got a Wii U by then.
i don't want to have to rely on ebay to get it.
and i hope Nintendo of Europe localise it, i really liked the English voice work they did for Xenoblade.
don't see why it wouldn't be if Nintendo went multiplatform and got Monolithsoft to port it.
i don't think they're at that point yet, i think it'll take more than one flagging console to force them out of the hardware business.
but i also don't think they're invincible either.
i still think it's early days for the Wii U though.
so right now, they're been in better shape, but then they've been in worse, much worse.
i think it's great that we see, or will be seeing, stuff like Limbo, Braid, Machinarium and Don't Starve.
they're a nice complement to the likes of Uncharted, Last of Us and Infamous.
i don't know how i ever enjoyed an fps without a twin stick setup, but damn, i know i bloody loved playing Goldeneye on the N64.
i even enjoyed the multiplayer, something i rarely enjoy in modern FPSs.
maybe it's being in the room playing with people i know and like rather than strangers that made the difference.
maybe it was because it was less about who was winning and more about having fun.
then there was Mario 64, probably the firs...
it's ironic, Sega started out as an american company, supplying slot machines to the military base at Pearl Harbor.
the company was called Service Games, for obvious reasons.
the company went to Japan when a change in the law made it impossible to continue their business in the US.
so they supplied slot machines to US military bases in Japan.
then there was a merger with another company, called Rosen Enterprises, named fo...
so, gaming is a space that's supposed to just be for men?
really? o_O
got my hopes up for a minute there. :(
anyway, love the site, pretty damn funny.
it's good to have a bit of light hearted fun now and again.
that's what happens when a series turns into an annual franchise.
instead of true innovation, you get "new features"
i'm not sure i'm happy about that.
i mean, as far as the AC universe goes, the majority of the game is just reliving memories, they can't be changed, it's not time travel.
i always thought the series was leading up to a modern day confrontation between the Templars and the Assassins.
but now it seems to be a series of historical adventures, so much so they're even going further back in time for the next adventure.
...
anybody talks about sexism in gaming.
usual response.
"no, no, no sexism in gaming, la la la, not listening."
then a collection of "get back in the kitchen" jokes, at least i hope they're jokes.
then attacks on the author, white knights if they're male, feminazis if they're female.
then you get the defenders who say "it's just part of the culture"
the first step in...
i'd love to see how the internet would react to a game that featured a similar jiggle mechanic for male characters.
not for their chest area of course, unless they're making a game starring Terry Crews of course. ^_^
wouldn't appeal to me, but it'd be fun to see the reactions.
my favourite line.
"The Pixeled Courier has not been able to find a precise definition of how much power ‘infinite’ is, but it is heavily rumored to be considerably bigger than eleven."
^_^
it wasn't Fish's talent people disliked, it was his dickish attitude.
after the whole mess where people were sending death threats to the COD developer, he goes and writes what he did?
behaviour that's unacceptable from the community is also unacceptable from the industry.
and now he's quitting gaming because people aren't nice to him?
seriously, he gets pissy when people ask him about a subject that shoul...
