looks cool, but it's a shame they didn't show any gameplay.
one word, yeehaa
so know they're getting bbc shows in the us, and we still wont have any frakking tv on the store in europe.
way to go scee, way to show how frakking useless you are.
when i read bbc programs come to the playstation store, i thought we'd see them in europe, should have known better than to think scee could do something right for once.
i could see the ability to turn the console off being implemented at some point, although they'd have to figure out a way to ensure you don't do it by accident by scratching your nose or something.
but without the kinect camera being on all the time, turning the console on with kinect is pretty much impossible.
ha, shame ea don't do the same sort of thing, they make them the cover stars of their games.
loads of gt5 coverage, should rename the site news for gran turismo, to celebrate the launch. :P)
tetris at number 4?
tetris was the definitive gameboy game.
from that headline i thought ms were letting indie devs loose on kinect, let those guys make titles for kinect and you'll see some more interesting stuff.
sadly not though.
the funny thing is, i don't think real karts even have a reverse gear.
anyway, that must have taken some practice, every racing game where i've tried driving in reverse the cars have all had a tendency to be very twitchy, from steering by the , now, back wheels.
unless the bug or whatever makes the kart handle the same backwards as forwards then that must have taken some skill, not talking about winning the race, it was obviously on easy, but just kee...
worse than two worlds? damn. O_O
there were points in that video that looked like they were actually real footage and not the game.
but then there was never any doubt that this game would look good, i know it's easy to make a racing game look good, but this looks fantastic.
the only thing i didn't like was the weird effect the spray had on the cars when looking at them from the front, some strange blurring around the edge of the car, i've seen real motor racing in the wet and i can't ...
i'm sorry but that is a ridiculous price for a game like that.
they'd have to pay me at least twice that to play that game again. :)
sony had a working version of similar tech to kinect years ago, on the ps2.
if they wanted the no controller option, they could have had it, they decided buttons were better.
sounds like the free doctor who games you could download from the bbc were better than this.

give em a go.
and it's not inconceivable that i never buy one of your frakking games ever again.
i was going to bring that one up, but you saved me the effort. :)
funny, i thought it was just one guy.
i think everybody knows who i'm talking about.
more like tweaking randomly generated course than genuinely creating them, but still, it should mean there's a virtually unlimited variety of tracks to race on.
i don't know about treyarch, but i know for damn sure infinity ward didn't get the credit they deserved for mw2, or for creating what is probably activision's biggest franchise next to WOW
all i want is a third person option.
firstly it allows you a greater field of view so you're more aware of your surroundings, very important in a game like this i'd say.
and secondly, i can actually play it without needing a sick bag to hand.
