Buzz! Quiz TV is a quiz game, it's kinda like "you don't know jack" but not as nearly as vulgar (or funny). Buzz! Quiz TV on the ps3 is a solid game, i own it. I've only played it a few times, but it's also a game that's best played with 4 players (it comes with 4 wireless control buzzers). It's a lot of fun, especially when you have the ps3 eye hooken up to it.
I personally think infamous is a bit over rated (i can say this, i own it). There were alot of things about the game that i didn't care for. The fact that a new IP has reached the 1 million mark is good news though.
i've had my ps3 for 13 months now and i have 35 games, and that's not counting the games off psn that i bought. I also bought a psp go.
ShadowMan,
How many games do you have?
That's plenty of time for them to clean the game up and make it look more presentable. Because as of now the game looks like garbage. I do hope the final package delivers on all fronts because the story seems really interesting to me.
funny how reggie talkes about incorporating something new into the system but the wii is lacking in every aspect.
the nes all the way to the gamecube were all great systems.
The wii is absolutely horrible. It's the worst system i've ever owned and nintendo seems completely content with screwing over their fanbase that has been there since day 1. I couldn't care less about a HD wii, who wants to play minigames in HD? Instead of focusing on a new system why don't they ...
it's probably something regarding the grinder or that gladiator game.
i enjoy HD gaming and god knows i couldn't careless about HVS making games for my ps3. The conduit is a flaming piece of garbage.
cool, the movie was far from perfect but it is definitely the best game to film adaption out there. Looks great on blu ray too.
the author of the article is pathetic.
"The same reaction was given toward the D-Pad when it was released. Gamers couldn’t believe that anything other than a joystick could work for video gaming."
I don't know anyone who said that, and back when the nes was released there wasn't internet to browse or gaming mags to buy, so who is he basing this off? His friend who said it.
"...above two examples from the same publication is further proof that...
nintendo fanboys are amazing. Nintendo has been robbing you of gaming this gen (save for 3 games, galaxy,tp,ssbb) and 3rd parties dump mini game fests on the wii but you guys still manage to blame everyone else.
I own a wii, the system is 90% garbage.
I wised up and bought another system and now i don't have to rely only on the wii for games.
go buy a 360 or a ps3, you'll be glad you did.
i'll take dual analog anyday over ir pointing. GI summed it up perfectly,
"...Second, using the Wii Remote as a pointer for first-person shooters sucks. When playing an FPS with a traditional controller, the majority of the time your aiming stick is at rest – you make minor corrections via minute taps to control where you are looking. Conversely, the Wii Remote requires you to constantly aim at the center of the screen, lest your POV sways around like a drunkard falling off ...
panzer dragoon rules
i wish i hadn't sold my saturn
the psn will eventually have cross game chat but the ps3 won't have custom soundtracks because microsoft owns the patent to it.
i think that's the thing that most people are forgetting.
Atlus didn't send out millions upon millions of copies. I really doubt that there are even a million copies of this game in circulation in North America. This game sold well for how little advertising it had and it's a game that definitely strays away from the typical type of game most studios put out these days. I'm sure Atlus is very pleased with the results, and it's good too cause this sends a message to studios that t...
over here in singapore you can get a 360 modded easily. Cheap too. Malaysia also mods stuff and bootleg games are cheap as can be.
That being said, i still don't own a 360 but most of my friends do. They don't want to buy a ps3 cause it can't be modded to play pirated games.
i won't be buying this because i already own both games, but i bet they do look good in hd.
That is a damn good article.
"Are games in this generation judged simply based on their multiplayer?"
That's how i feel more often than not and i hate it because i buy games for the single player experience, not for the mp. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if we start to see more strictly mp games than we do sp/mp games. That is a future for gaming that i don't want to see.
Look at it this way, no one will be talking about modern warfare 2 ten ...
Next to Mario, ratchet and clank offer the best platforming experience on consoles. I actually prefer R&C to Mario, mainly because of the story and humor found in R&C games.
i don't usually trust nintendo power reviews but it's nice to see that they gave silent hill an 8. I'll wait for what other sites say.
Darkside Chronicles and NSMB:Wii are definite purchases for me.
Buzz is a fun game. It's great for when you have friends over. I'm 24 so lots of my friends are married or are gonna be soon, so we don't really hit up the bars like we used to. Buzz is the perfect game to play with friends while having a few drinks at home.
