I can see why some people are upset and I'm definitely not a legal expert but it does seem like the class action lawsuit is warranted but not necessary in my opinion. Yes the other os feature was advertised and touted but who used it? Not many people. Class action lawsuits are good in a sense because they keep big businesses in check but this seems like it's just people who are butt hurt and want a free check from sony.

Piracy on the psp is overwhelming. The only people who will suffer from this are people who buy it used and those who pirate it. The majority, i'm guessing, are people who will pirate it.

mario kart wii is easily the worst one in the series, the rubber band ai in that game is horrendous, all skill went out the door and the game is based solely on luck.
Double Dash, Mario Kart 64 or Mario Kart DS are the best. I'd rather play the GBA version of MK instead of the wii version.

a psp phone would be a terrible idea. Sony needs to focus on piracy protection if they release another handheld. Plus, if it was a phone how many people are going to change providers? I doubt it would be compatible across the board.
to be honest, and I couldn't give 2 craps cause review scores rarely mean anything to me, but it's because games more often than not get scores lowered due to the story, voice acting, online, etc. All of which Mario Galaxy 2 lacks for the most part. tony hawk 2 was the last good thps game. It's still fun to this day. Skate though has completely taken over. Skate3 is awesome, port carverton is so awesome, so many huge rails and stair sets.

Comparing little big planet 2 with a marketplace game is pretty silly. Granted LBP2 isn't out yet but media molecule and the LBP community have proved in spades what they are capable of doing, and that was with just a level creator. The community content for LBP2 is going to be absolutely insane.

I bought the go and it's easily the biggest waste of money I've ever spent on a handheld. The support for it is absolutely appalling.
I remember seeing this in stores back when the psx was out, it might of been when I was a rabid nintendo fanboy and refused to buy a system that had "load times", lol.

Skate and Skate 2 are easily some of the best games i've ever played, I've easily put over 100 hours into skate 2. I cannot wait for this game, I've had it on preorder for months. Should be arriving in my mailbox sometime this week. :)
