Maybe it's just me but I think the graphics are a huge step back from twilight princess. It's not even the graphics that bother me but just the whole art direction in general.
I'm excited for the game and I'm gonna get it day 1 but I was really thinking that the reveal for this game was gonna be mind blowing, for me though it was a bit of a let down. It looks like more of the same only with an art style that I don't like.
the giant bombcast is awesome. I listened to this episode yesterday.
lol
5 million years of R&D
lol.
this game is fun as can be
i might buy move, all depends on what sony shows at e3. I hate motion controls but there are a few games that work better because of it.
let's all pray that re6 is nothing like the turd that was re5.
I couldn't remember what the halo theme sounded like so I listened to the clip.
Still didn't ring a bell.
my girlfriend is going for england and i'm going for america. I think we all know america is going to lose though. I hope i'm wrong, that way I can give her crap about it tomorrow.
ring of fates is my favorite in the series. I hope they continue making the crystal chronicle games, they've always been fun but at the same time, they always lack that special something that classic games have.
uh,
kameo, braid, ratchet and clank, folklore, final fantasy xiii, etc. all say, "HELLO!"
Not every game on the ps3 or 360 features a brown color palette.
you come off as an ignorant troll, so this is what I have for you.
Ratchet and Clank did spherical platforming first. This is fact.
Does that make Mario Galaxy irrelevant? No, but since you use ignorant arguments, I'll stoop to your level and do the same.
You try to act like some elitist gamer who's seen and played everything. All you are is a fanboy, go away.
ratchet and clank & mario are both great.
Nintendo fanboys will denounce R&C because it's a ps3 title and PS3 fanboys will denounce Mario games because they view them as childish.
Both are excellent series and masters of their respective genre.
The only thing I think is messed up is that R&C don't get the praise they deserve. The writing and gameplay in those games are as good as it gets.
A Crack in Time w...
shatter is an awesome game and the music was a huge part in why so many people enjoyed it. Funny too cause I usually hate techno music but Module's stuff is so dang catchy.
a HD nintendo system will come out eventually. Just not as soon as pachter though it would
did you watch the video?
It looks good but i honestly don't think it looks better than killzone2.
People can hate on the story and characters of that game all they want but kz2 is a beast when it comes to console graphics. I'm curious to see what crysis2 will look like on the pc though.
i see what the author is saying but i would say mario sunshine was the first and only because of the levels where you lose the water pack. Those parts were 3d platforming brilliance and many of the levels in galaxy 1&2 mirror those levels.
Either way galaxy 2 is an outstanding game. I really love the map layout. World hubs are cool but the one in galaxy was worthless, the castle in 64 and delfino island in sunshine were 10 times better.
toe jam and earl is awesome, it's like a sand box platformer that is 2 player capable.
You play as toe jam or earl and you walk around planets and look for parts for your spaceship, it's really straightforward but fun as can be. I used to play that game for hours as a kid.
Look it up on wikipedia.
dude, no one cares about kinect. It only gets hype because news sites cover it, and that's because they're doing their job. Just because there are articles for it doesn't mean people are in love with it. Listen to the e3 podcast for 1up and giantbomb, they aren't too enamored with kinect and the games for it are just "me too" wii games. Plus the big circus reveal was nothing but smoke and mirrors.
