This is really great. They did an awesome job taking the realism and lore of Fallout and capturing it on film. Looking forward to seeing more like this and definitely looking forward to Fallout 4!
You know how you always see those statistics like, "We spend 2 years of our lives on the toilet, or 6 years in the car."?
No matter what age I am when I die, I will have spent nearly 25% of my life listening to music composed by Uematsu.
No regrets.
I agree! Where is Rydia, Celes, Terra, Tifa, Rinoa and Aeris? Is everyone on this site to young to remember the best Final Fantasies?
Lightning is a terrible character and XIII is a terrible game and if you like it you are dumb and you should feel dumb. Square needs a wake up call and Toriyama should have followed suit with Wada and departed the company after the failure of XIII. (Don't even bring up sales numbers. Everyone knows why it sold so much.)
I have been looking forward to this game since it was announced. I need my MH fix!
Purchased...along with a second PS3 controller for the wife, and Farcry 3. I'm a sucker.
I actually saw an image on the wall in some kids bedrooms that looked like the Korra poster. Similar to the photo below:

Your statement is completely untrue. Obviously a "Perfect World" is a matter of opinion, but it does not take an open world to envelope a player. The linear story of The Last of Us, along with the snippets of history and past of the characters, meld perfectly with what is happening in the time and atmosphere of the game. It is a perfect world.
Linear games can have better worlds than open world games due to detail, scripted scenes, and player freedom.
I beat it this weekend in less than 48 hours since having the game. Total playtime was 17 hours. I haven't done that since I was 15 or so maybe. Thankfully, my wife knew I was really excited to play it and let me zone out since it was Fathers Day! haha
I started Survivor this morning before heading to work, and I can't wait to get home and play more. Oh, and also eat diner with the wife :P
Very good news. I personally felt like FEZ was one of my GOTY contenders. Excited there will be more, even if Fish is a dickbutt.
This is a great design for a next-gen system. I feel like it has class, but it also has that edge that just screams how beasty it is on the inside. Really happy about how it looks similar to the PS2, but grown up. PS2 goes to college, gets a degree, then gets rich.
I can absolutely explain. New numbered Final Fantasies no longer belong on Nintendo systems. Plain and simple. That is where the series got their footing yes, and some of the greatest/my favorites are on the SNES (IV, VI). But the Final Fantasy brand is not associated with Nintendo anymore, it's with Sony. You can download 5 numbered titles, that are beloved by millions, on PSN right now and those will stay on your account no matter if you're playing on PSP, PSV, or PS3. Meanwhile Nin...
Wow, probably picking up Unfinished Swan since it's on sale. Really digging the unique PSN games in the last few years.
After not playing a KH game since KH2, I'm really looking forward to this game. I own Birth By Sleep, but I haven't played it yet, so it will be nice to see some of the "montages" from the HD collections either on the disc, or on youtube.
Absolutely! The more the merrier. Click my profile for my PSN name. The elf was my first choice as well haha. Let us Unite!
Looks amazing! It's too bad it can't cross-play the ps3 version though, as I have 2 friends on ps3 that would complete our 4 person co-op team. I will just have to talk them in to getting a Vita!
If you don't know what's special about this game from watching the trailers, then this game is not for you. Team ICO makes niche games are win multiple awards and inspire artists, developers, and players around the world for years to come. They raise the bar with everything they do, even though the titles don't sell millions of copies when they release.
I have been excited since hearing they were working on a PS3 project, and I personally would like it to stay on ...
I had this theme for free the week after the game was announced. Sony must have given it away, or I found it online or something.
My friends and I have put a few thousand hours in Monster Hunter, and as soon as we saw this a few months ago, and played the Japanese demo, we have been anticipating it ever since. It is truly a clone in every sense of the word. And that is a GREAT thing!
I just called my Gamestop up the road and they said they would take it, all of it's cords and a good condition controller for $55 total. They said they didn't do an extra 30% on RROD systems, only working systems. If I did that, I would be out a $50 controller since it is required for the sale. I'd rather gut it and do something cool with it.
Monster Hunter has had this feature for awhile now. In MHF2 for PSP you are able to shatter the beak of the Yian-Kut-Ku. You can slice up the webbing of Rathalos or Rathian, and often break/scar the face of most other monsters.
