@nitrowolf2 the existing game communities are still there. It’s new games that were never promised to be made exclusives. It just really interesting that when Sony buys a studio no one has the expectation that that studio should continue producing multiplat games. But hey doesn’t really matter, the deal will go through. The only real people that will suffer are fanboys.
Hmmmmmm so when MS says it it’s a lie but when Sony does, we have nothing to worry about? I didn’t hear this many complaints about Sony lying when they said Destiny would remain on all platforms.
Yea, this is a fair point. I suspect that if this deal falls through, which it won’t, that Sony might lose its COD exclusives in the long run ANYWAY. All parties involved want the deal.
@bathyj the game was good but tlou2 was not a 10. The entire back half of the game draaaaaaagged. I remember wishing for the end to arrive near the water portion of the game, to not give any spoilers. And then playing as a certain character, I HATED IT. Lol BUT, opinions

That’s an opinion, your opinion. MS didn’t sell almost 17 millions Series consoles to phantoms. There are millions that want to play on Xbox consoles, clearly there’s something there for them. And also, Nintendo and Sony also buy third parties. That’s how most of their first parties become first party. More so the case for Sony and MS. I think fans exclusive to the PS ecosystem need to ask out loud what they are going to be losing here…. Personally, I have zero ABK games on PS5 and enjoy the console just fine, again that’s me personally. Also, I don’t think the gaming community would look favorably on MS if it went back on some of these commitments…. But I also get the feeling that some in the community will be upset no matter what.
