Just want to say that this game is absolutely fantastic. A bit short but it really pulls on the heartstrings. I would strongly recommend this, especially if you have siblings. If you truly understand the connection to a brother or sister, you'll love this.
Kinda weird to see this article when Sony is promising to continue to support the PS3 after the PS4 gets released but... okay.
Don't feel bad, I'm totally with you on this. The PS3 wasn't the great system that we were all promised. Yeah they had their games (The Last of Us alone made the system worth owning) but most of the PS3's life cycle was spent either under a blanket of dust bunnies for a lot of people or being used primarily as a Blu-Ray player. Multiplats tended to fare better on the 360 and the Cell processor was never really used to its full potential.
Of course not. Everyone was all riled up about it looking like a QTE fest and now that's not the case anymore. Looks like a solid launch title and the Gladiator mode looks especially promising in co-op.
I'm sorry but this is just getting ridiculous. At this rate, by November the Xbox One will be giving gamers cancer.
Sounds good to me!
Well said. Bubble time. Hope you don't get too many disagrees.
I think it'll happen a lot sooner than that. In all honesty, comparing both systems, it genuinely looks like the Xbox One is going to be able to do more as the years go by. The PS4 to me is really little more than a console very similar to what we have today, only with better specs. Being that the Kinect is packed in with every XB1, devs will be more inclined to develop for it and I think we'll see some really cool features come out of that as the years go by. I just can't underst...
Even though I'm more of an Xboxer, I'm still going to get the PS4 eventually, just to have my bases covered. There's no denying both systems will have killer games that will be exclusive to their own. It really is the way to go and negates the need to "pick a side".
Who gives a crap, I'm still getting it and so are a hell of a lot of other people. I like their vision for the console, they've already convinced me with their launch lineup and I'm excited for what this console will REALLY be able to do in the future once devs get familiar with it. So sick of this nonsense already.
Difference is Destiny is a game coming from a company with a proven track record. Titanfall is still seven months away. You can bet that preorders for that will go through the roof once we get a solid release date.
I thought it was Knack. After all it has more preorders than Titanfall. Because it's that awesome.
The complete opposite of the PS3 then!
In regards to Knack outselling Titanfall, that only serves to show how little there is to choose from the PS4 launch line up if Knack is selling THAT well. Titanfall isn't dropping for another 6-7 months so we'll see just how well it sells by then.
I simply don't understand why Killzone keeps getting mentioned in the first place. KZ is an admittedly nice looking game that brings nothing new to the table. BF4 for starters is going to have 64 player matches and battles on land, sea and air. Sure it's already been done before but never on consoles.
Whether it is or not, I would think that most people, myself included, would be hesitant to preorder a game without a firm release date. That's something I VERY rarely do. And just because I haven't personally preordered Titanfall yet doesn't mean I won't be getting it.
I mean, seriously, what's your point here? That the game isn't going to sell well because of "low" preorder numbers? You've gotta be insane to think that, considering tha...
And what's your point? What do you think, that Sony doesn't shell out cash in order to secure exclusives? You ever stop and wonder why Naughty Dog develops exclusively for Sony? Because according to your logic, Sony must be making it rain over their offices to keep them under their wing. Ridiculous to even bring that up.
Yeah but at the end of the day, this comes down to XB1 vs PS4. Why would anyone factor in PC gaming during a bonafide "console war"? Plus maybe you can explain why I'd get so many disagrees on here for merely stating the truth? Just look at the comments in regards to Titanfall, I've seen a whole bunch of PS4 fans stating that they'd love to have Titanfall on the PS4. It's not like they're hard to find, sheesh.
It's not BASED per se but there's a definite influence there from McCarthy's book.
Xbox Live servers being upped to 300,000 tells me that they'll at least be running pretty consistently.
