It's a great thing to be able to control any kind of viewing by voice. One example I can provide is when my kids are in the living room watching something on Netflix and I'm busy with something else, I can just tell the Kinect to go the next episode of whatever children's programming they're watching without having to search for the controller or the remote. It works pretty well in its current form and I can only imagine the 2.0 version will be greatly improved.
Didn't you know? Hating on the Xbox One is the new black.
The Xbox supporters on here need to stick together.
Something gets misreported in the press, MS steps up to correct the incorrect info and clear things up for interested parties and somehow it's still a fail according to many on here.
Overrated? I consider Halo to be one of the greatest gaming experiences of my entire life. In fact, I had no intention of getting the original Xbox and I didn't follow up on it at all. I got to play Halo for all of ten minutes before deciding that I was going to pick the system up the very next day based on what I had experienced. Calling this game the most overrated game ever is just insane.
It was good enough to get me to preorder an Xbox One the same day they announced it.
Same here. By the way, I think I pissed off the Sony fans in that other thread. What a bunch.
This is exactly why I hate this site. You wrote a very well written, informed response and you're getting disagrees already? Ridiculous.
I thought that they changed quite a bit from the original. The original was pitch perfect but they made lots of small changes that just took away from the game. I think that's why it didn't catch on.
Really hoping that they can get this up and running because with every passing day my interest wanes more and more.
This is definitely an exclusive that Sony can brag about. I finally got to play this when it was released in that HD two pack with ICO and fell in love with it.
They messed up the Xbox remake of this big time. I still have my copy of the original N64 version. I loved this game to pieces and I sometimes catch myself singing the great mighty poo version.
All I'm saying is that you guys are really quick to take this at face value as being the truth. Have you even seen the Reddit account of the person who posted this? It's nothing but posts on Sony and the PS4 with no kind of interest in the Xbox One. That last bit in the post sounds like it was thrown in there just to throw that little jab at MS. I knew the moment I clicked on the link that somewhere in that piece was going to be something negative directed towards MS and the XB1 and l...
And I should lose some for stating my opinion, is that your point?
I lean more towards the Xbox and even I've gotta admit that was an idiotic thing to say. Definitely something that shouldn't have been blurted out in front of an audience.
I'm getting both actually. Getting the Xbox One first though seeing as they have the more interesting launch line up.
Again, I love how this gets spun into a negative thing against MS. You guys must be super pissed that the PS3 was legitimately put to shame by the XB360 this gen!
I honestly can't understand why you would even compare the two. Battlefield 4 has WAY more going on in the game than KZ4, which requires a lot more processing.
Like someone above me said, I simply don't have the time to gamble on a character that might get deleted by accident. I'm just going to wait until they sort this out. Hopefully it doesn't take too long.
The Last Exorcism has a sequel.
