Looking at both system's launch title lineup, I think the PS4 is taking more of a hit with this development but not by much. At any rate, I'd rather take a delayed and improved game than something rushed out the gate.
GTA Online with friends is wonderful.
I think it's safe to say at this point that the XB1 will get outsold by the PS4 this holiday season, but this is only the beginning. I don't think the XB1 will flop at all but some may look at being outsold by the PS4 as such.
I don't know, man. I feel like 343i did a superb job with the last one. I think we'll know for sure depending on the next one.
Between that and Titanfall... I can't even process the excitement that's brewing. 343i is gonna make a killer game with Halo 5. I loved Halo 4 and they've been quoted as saying that they know what areas of the multiplayer they need to work on. Can't wait.
Nobody should get mad about this. I respect any developer who takes the time to get their release right than rush their product out of the gate in a status less than what they intended. Watch Dogs will eventually see the light of day and it will be worth the wait for when it finally does. There are plenty of other games to choose from in the meantime.
It sounds as if titles that they have a strong feeling about would get carte blanche in terms of cloud computing access. Halo 5 is going to be one that they'll pull out all the stops with, guaranteed. It'd be nice to see multiplayer matches in Halo get bumped up from 16 players.
It all depends on the player. I don't think it makes sense to claim that one controller is outright better than the other when it really comes down to the individual player and their comfort with it. I prefer the Xbox 360 controller over the PS3 Dualshock simply because the 360 is weightier as opposed to the Dualshock which feels a little TOO light. My stance is, I'm getting both but I tend to favor the Xbox side. This current gen, I've got the Xbox 360 and the PS3 sitting side by side but I just generally prefer the Xbox over the PS3 for multiple reasons. Most of my gaming falls through the 360 with my PS3 getting more usage for Netflix, Vudu and Blu Rays. Yeah but... Xbox One has the better and more interesting launch line up. At least to me, it does. Even if I was a PS4 loyalist all the way, I'd still say the very same thing.
They're not ALL bad. Just a huge chunk of them. I really don't understand why they want the XB1 to fail so bad. I have some ideas as to why, though.
That's a perfect example of a guy who found a cause, no matter how flawed it was, and decided to dedicate his life to achieving some "greater good". He seems to think that by getting rid of violent video games, especially the GTA series, the world will be a better, safer place. Who knows what goes on in this guy's head or what he does in private. Arguing over graphics is something that is carried over from console wars of old. It was more or less the defacto way to qualify one system over the other and usually one system always had a graphical advantage over the other. These days, consoles release and the graphics are so similar that the untrained eye can barely tell them apart. I can't imagine a developer reading this and not getting excited over the possibilities. The cloud system in place here seems to invite innovation and new strategies from people willing to take the plunge.
All in all, this sounds pretty cool.

Totally with you on that note but I'm waiting for the PS4 to get that one game that screams BUY THIS SYSTEM NOW before I take the plunge. I thought Deep Down would've been it but the news on that title seems a little negative.
If I can have it up on the same screen, that's actually preferable.
