Having a blast with this game. That first week and a half or so might've been awful but now that it's running smoothly, I'm loving every moment of it.
Even with the somewhat wonky controls, this is a fantastic game. FF2: Crimson Butterfly is flat out one of the scariest games ever.
If you're still crying over the game's sketchy online launch, you've got issues, plain and simple. The game is completely playable now and it's a hell of a lot of fun.

The guy makes an admittedly corny little joke and the thread gets moist with butthurt tears. The reactions I'm seeing to this are ridiculous. After all the hate the Xbox One has gotten from the Sony Camp, one cheesy little retort makes all you guys get THIS upset? Sheesh.
Sterling pointed out how maybe the Sony diehards are pissed about how they went from being at the top of the heap with the PS2 and then ended up dragging their heels in 3rd place with the PS3. Makes perfect sense to me.

That's fine. The game is playing so well now that I can forgive them for that first week or so. If I lose my character again, though... I will not bother to play this online ever again.
Too soon. They need to let the public wash the last few RE titles out of their mouth before dropping another one on us. And I think a full reboot of the series is needed that brings the scares back, not this action movie nonsense.

I totally agree with you. It's strange to me that you really don't see XB1 fans ganging up on PS4 supporters that much, at least not on these boards. Are there any other similar sites where the XB1 fans outnumber the PS4 fans? This site definitely has a higher ratio of PS4 to XB1 fans.
Both sides have their jerks. I've dealt with them on XBLA and I've seen people harassing those with female avatars on PS Home. I don't think any one side is worse than the other.
This is something I've been saying for months now. The animosity coming from the PS4 side of the fence is actually pretty surprising. I've been paying very close attention to the behavior of both sides and it's plainly obvious who the aggressors are. That's not to say that every PS4 fan is a maniac as there are some civilized voices in that camp that I've spoken to personally but the mere mention of the XB1 gets a lot of these guys incredibly angry and downright nasty. Been with XBL for ten years and I'll be sticking with it, especially with the news that the size of their server farm has increased exponentially.
As for signing up for PS+, that will depend on when I decide to get a PS4, which will be further down the road.
I tuned out after CoD: MW2.
