It's so absurd how they run the awards I find it hard to believe :( Regarding the Best Sports - I think they didn't have enough entries tbh.
What about if a dev makes a game NOT for enjoyment but as a social commentary, or a catalyst for reflection?
And that is very good advise to follow. If a pre-order actually promotes incentives then yes
If they manage to catch some of the depth of the story of Mordor and not just make the usual fight the rcs with super skills
I recon 2nd to FC4 for me, it's also Quantum Break.
Now you talking! Fallout!
Well said. I think a lot of gamers have been "burned" by purchasing pre-order (like the Call of Duty games/ BF4). Running a proper Beta boosted consumer confidence in Destiny, and maybe other companies should follow this route as well. If not a Beta, than perhaps a proper demo.
Good points, I for one hope they plan to go back to the RE roots
I thought the author was asking the question as well, not just saying it's a money grab
So According to Activision both CoD:AW & Destiny will break records. Good year for them.
Yesterday I was like all excited for this. Now you've gotten me thinking :S I must reluctantly agree that the upgrades doesn't justify a remake. If Capcom adds real next-gen graphics, then yes.
Aint that the truth
Did devs who left AAA companies create them?
Outlast was defs a success and a fantastic game, but aimed at a niche genre which means it success was soon forgotten. I look forward to their next project.
Thanks, will update!
Star Citizen will be that game
Also don't get that
Couldn't have said it better! Gameplay>all else IMHO. If AAA devs perhaps spend less on hype then it wouldn't cost them so much in overall budget.
And the low COD and Battlefield figures
Not entirely no. I think this is more a case of devs not submitting their games to the awards because of the ridiculous requirements
