Great read. I fully agree with the Red Cross, incorporating heavier consequences in video games, especially military shooter will add weight and immersion to the game.

What a great review, makes you actually want to play it

I think this can actually be a good thing because it can fund the making of a game. That having been said, as long as it doesn't interfere with the gameplay and long as it doesn't influence the game direction/story, so, with no strings attached.

On the purchasing side, I've not yet felt the compulsion to buy anything I saw in a game, but that doesn't mean product placement has no subconscious influence...as any advertising usually does

Very informative read and not as complicated as the previous one. Even a girl can e-drive more precise after following these tips

Good read. IMO, you will always have the console fans and the PC fans, and never the 2 shall meet. On the other hand, Valve has shown over the years that it knows what the gamer wants, and it has the ability to deliver exactly that.

The anonymity the Internet provides makes it easier for bad online behavior to surface. The IRL madness gamers get up too, I can only hope that comes from unresolved anger issues etc.

As for the good, I've met some of my best IRL friends online

Very good perspective. Although Walter pushed that border between things he did for his ego and protecting his family way too far

When it comes to gaming, i defs don't make the smart choice. Must.Have. It.

Good question. In a way I feel that a review is always biased. To be honest, I want it to be, I want to get a sense of the journalists personal experience with a game. I hate bland reviews. I don't however read reviews to determine if I will buy a game, I read it as a story.
