I have tremendous respect for Valve. One thing gamers can always bank on is that Valve will do whatever they can to boost the industry in a way that benefits the gamer most. So Early Access gets my vote.
I fully agree with you, I don't see it even coming close to GTAV's records
And no1 can get as mad as a gamer can
Everything we love about gaming! Old school, retro, 8bit, difficult, yes thank you! Brilliant review
What has been seen cannot be unseen
So much respect for this guy. He is one of SA's top cyber athletes - mind you he is top of his class in multiple games. His skill is only outshined by his extraordinary character. A rare individual indeed.
What an epic facepalm
Insane shit, I am speechless but also curious, I would totally try this ...at least once...playing Slender
Jip, as the author says, every big title launch comes with its own set of issues - keep calm and carry on
"These researchers proved this hypothesis by making gamers fish paper clips out of a container of ice-cold water."
If RPGamers are unempathetic, then scientists are stuupod
I don't have words, 12 years old? Dafaq?!
And gamers say all the time how they want more realism in gaming, so it's bound to feature more and more
What a brilliant review. The admiration for the game seeps through every word. Loved reading this
Sleek, sexy and can game on the go. Does want!
Great read and i agree with the author. The Wii just kinda fell by the wayside - if you have to compare it with the Xbox360 7 PS3.
Lovely tribute to an exceptional franchise. I've not played every game in the series, but the ones I did play I thoroughly enjoyed. Altair was defs my favorite to play. I enjoyed the unique challenges of the games. Playing it on hard really required some fancy "mousework" ;)
The Battle of Midway was inspired by Japanese and Americans playing too much Silent Hunter 4. LMAO!
Extremely informative interview. I admire his passion and dedication. He gets my vote for turning Battlefield into the preferred FPS as well as eSports title
This is one of my favorite topics - using games to educate. IMO this should be a must in all schools. Gaming taps into the one thing that is in all people - our love for play. So this places the pupil in a frame of mind where he/she actually WANTS to learn, because it is wrapped in fun. The mind and heart is open. GG
I agree with the quality of storyline, then being able to connect to the characters and able to connect to the mission - it must matter. Therefore, Mass Effect series. On the other hand, I've played few games the way I played GRID and NFS - I got blisters on my hands from playing so long without taking a break
