Will the Wii pass the 100m milestone? its looking very unlikely over this past year. The Wii is at about 90m now.
i dont really want PS3 games on the Vita, i want PS3 IP's on the Vita. like Assassins creed but with a new story/location. Infamous or even Mirrors Edge. If the Vita get alot of developer support then its going to have 1 hell of a library.
MS should be ashamed of what the 360 has become. Kinect has made it one hell of a shovel ware machine. All this new TV on demand has made MS forget that the 360 is for games, and its only in the US where MS puts 80% of its effects. My 360 got the RROD around March and there is no point getting it repaired. Gears 3 is the only game i would like to play but 1 game is not worth a £75 repair charge
It sounded like you were forced to watch the VGAs. I live in the UK so the VGAs are on very late but i went a bed, next day i had a bunch of great trailers to watch and it didnt waste 2 hours of my life of complete bullshit.
Dont you remember in the first 3 or so years of the 360 in Japan they had aload of JRPG exclusives which pushed them past 1m install base but was it worth spending millions on getting them exclusive for only 1m in return.
People can give me as many disagrees as you want. But the 3DS is one terrible piece of hardware. The design of it is piss poor compared to the DSi. The specs are really out dated. I played the 3DS in a store a few months ago and after 10mins playing with 3D on my eyes felt like they were ruined for life, it took about 20mins to fill normal again. Yeh i think Sony main force has been working on PSN for PS4. Thats why there hasnt been a big update/feature for the PS3 for a while now. But saying all that, as PSN and LIVE stands now ill rather have free online gaming then paying £30+ for online gaming, ADs everywhere and other features im paying for that i dont even use.

This is a good thing, cause manuals are a waste of paper. The Vita has digital manuals in the Live Area of a game. The last time i looked at a game manual was about 7 years ago when my mum took me to get PES and on the way back in the car i was looking through the manual cause i couldnt play the game until i got home.
The only problem is in 2011 the new IP's almost dried right up and 2012 isnt looking any better. i can only think of 1 game for 2012 and thats Kingdoms of Amalur Reckoning. The most underrated new IP of this gen is Mirrors Edge, i loved that game. DICE Mirrors Edge 2 + Frost Bite 2 DO IT.

wow how wrong you are. i get all the console only games on PS3 and everything else on PC. I probably spend 80% PC-20% PS3. let alone how much better the game looks, true 1080p and mods.
These graphics are not going to be possible on the PS4/720 unless Sony and MS want to sell a console for £800+, which i cant see happening. The GPU's usedin that video are 3 GTX 580s which cost £1200 by themselves let alone the other components.
They barely take risks now, which makes me scared for the next gen consoles.
I pre-ordered the Vita from Zavvi.com for £196 and a 16gb card from Amazon for £40. The normal price for a Vita is £230, so ive basically got the 16gb card for £6.
325k for the Vita and 300k of games. That tells me that alot of people have bought off PSN.
i dont think a 32gb card is really needed, unless you plan on using it as a music player. Because the digital version of Vita games are around 500mb-2.7gb. 2.7 being Uncharted. so if you want 20 odd games on the Vita at any1 time, then go for the 32gb. but 16gb will get about 10 games and i plan on storing Vita games on the PS3 HDD then transferring new games and deleting older games.

and 2 more bad Kinect games.
so glad i dont have a 360 anymore.
