Sony sold thier cell development and research plant to Toshiba like a mounth and a half ago for about 850 million. Sony no longer produces those cell chips, and no longer care for it. Sony could look to Intel if Intel does have something mind blowing to appeal them (which won't happen)

HD-DVD sold just as much disc as blu-ray the week ending december 2. Transformers won the award for best audio in that awards thing (check highdefdigest or homemediamagazine). And its not about True HD or anything like that, Its how the mixers make the sound amazing. Transformers is in Dolby Plus which is at 1.5 mbs sound which is enoungh. Not even Spiderman 3 PCM track sounds as good as Transformers Dolby Plus sound which is at a smaller bit rate. Nuff said.

It looks awesome on dvd with my upscaled xbox 360 hd-dvd player too..lol (watch me get flamed for this, but all cartoon movies like Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, ect.. looks just like a high def movie on upscaled player)

Why do buisness people write articles like this for, making there own predictions? I remember hd-dvd was suppose to give up about half a year ago. There still here. Every time someone writes a article about warner going blu, warner always deny it. This article is stupid. I remember how the PS3 was suppose to forfit by the end of 07. Thats what i look for also. Bump mapping, textures, character models, lighting. Thats what I do. I can clearly say the 360 version is superior.
