I agree, Crysis looks great but Uncharted 2 graphics really do look significantly better than this game, they're smoother, sharper, better lighting( less bloom) and just as colourful or even more. Even Killzone 3 looks better (except for peoples hair).
Maybe Crysis 3 can iron out the console versions minor but prevalent graphical bugs.

If they're releasing Halo 4 on 360 hopefully they'll use Cryengine 3 - Reach was visually unimpressive and CryEngine 3 has already proven it works well with more open environments.

I thought the MP looked worse than COD but judging from that screenshot the SP looks very good. I haven't seen a 360 game look that good.
Most PS3 exclusives have the least amount of jaggies I've seen for console games, they're in fact really smooth and clean looking.
Laugh at 720p all you want but 720p is a lot better than most 360 exclusives (Fable, Halo, Alan Wake, Splinter CC).
Truth is though, current consoles are old so the graphical issues are more noticeable.
I wouldn't worry. Earliest PS4/720 would be announced is 2012, then probably released 2013. Don't be an early adopter and you'd end up buying one earliest 2014 but probably 2015 when prices drop and hardware issues are ironed out.

Sony and MS should just release PS3HD and 360HD for 300 bucks. The older and HD consoles would play the same games but the HD versions would be 1080p, 60FPS, better AA and less bloom.
Then release PS4 and 720 in 2014-15
I'd give the game a 90%+. I can't believe that so many sites said the SP was horrible, it was actually pretty good and a lot better than MW2s, BFBC2. I'd give SP 8.5/10 and MP 9.5/10.
I wouldn't say way better. 99% of multiplats look 99% the same IMO.
The only people saying there are huge differences between versions are really just flaimbaiting. For the past two years multiplats have been pretty much the same running with the exception of Bayonetta

I don't think a bunch of PC gaming adults want cartoon child versions of themselves in there PC interface.
Frankly, 360s avatars are pretty immature and appeal more to young teens than people in there 20s-40s.
I'm all for MS bringing a Live like experience to PC but simply in terms of adding/finding friends, achievements, chat and messages, not avatars...and of course it would have to be free. Just include it in Windows.
They shouldn't be able to ban him from playing the game or DLC he purchased. Forums and playing the game should be completely separate universes.
I'm done with IGN, visited them for almost ten yeas too. Their views just differ to much from mine so I can't rely on them. KZ3 SP was actually pretty good, the biggest gaming inovation in 2009 wasn't MW2 death perks and the differences between Crysis 2 versions are negligible like Crytek said.
What did they do, hire a bunch of MS and Activision fanboys.
