Anyways, I game to relax, which means sitting back or lying down on the couch, sure you can do that with PC but you'd get owned by all the K & B players so it wouldn't be much fun.
Well, you get a lot more free stuff with PS Plus. The only reason PS Plus isn't worth it is because Sony gives the most important thing away for free - Online MP.
If Online MP wasn't free PS Plus would be better than Live in many (not all) aspects.

I just bought both but my 360 is definitely WAY more expensive than my PS3 ever was.
No one realizes that you must add 60 dollars to the in initial $200 or $300 purchase, making the cheapest model $260 (with only 4GIGS) or $10 bucks more than a 120 Gig PS3. But people aren't necessarily smart shoppers.
Sony should have made it so MW3 was on it (against Vita and PS3 users), not that I'm a huge fan but it would really help Vita's initial sales.
People would love to be able to play MW3 anywhere at any time.

When you start up the console is it focused on YOUR games and achievements or do you have to scroll over to the right and see what they're trying to sell you first.

I would't call it rushed seeing that PS3 has been around for 5 years.
I rather rent movies on PSN than Live because they're 2 dollars cheaper for the exact same thing. Probably more if you factor in the fact that you have to buy more MS points than you need.
For some reason, everything on Live is more expensive than on PSN in Canada.
So for me, PSN is the future (and present) of rentals.
