Gamers obviously don't care because its sales were crap but the game definitely isn't. The problem is it was never worth 60 bucks but it was great for a single playthrough.
The story was above average, gameplay not bad, and the game was super short, he should have just passed it if he already had it.
It's great for a quick playthrough in a couple of days. You cant go wrong at that price, I paid $8 to rent it but at $20 if u dont want to keep it I'm sure youll get at least 10 trade so no matter what it won't cost more than a rental.
IMO it has ZERO replay, the combat is kinda of lame and the platforming is on autopilot.
God I hope so, my PS3 is currently owning my 360.

So true, most of his prediction relate to games in general like saying RDR would flop - PS3/360 fanboys would equally be interested in that prediction. Maybe he's confusing fanboys with all non-casual gamers.
Patcher is a getting a little insecure, maybe his bosses are recognizing that his worth as an analyst is lacking. I'd think that if his job performance is somehow based on making industry predictions and his predictions are often wrong, then they'd be like ...

If his job was a stock market analyst and he said "no one cares if I'm right", he would be fired because he would be useless. Your job should demand that you're correct enough to be reasonably reliable - more so than a flip of a coin.
The mp is largely fine for me.
Even if EA did motivate Jason and Vince to leave whats wrong with head hunting, EA never had a contract with Activision so why can't they lawfully entice Activision employees to leave? I think Activision is just bringing in EA to strengthen the argument against Jason and Vince breach of contract.
I hope EA can get more money than just legal costs against Activision because involving EA in a lawsuit seems to be in bad faith and a waist of the courts time.
Lens of truth simply said the 360 version looks better and the sheep agreed. The PS3 version looks better in terms of color and shadows but Sheppard is more wrinkled in 360 making the textures look better (but it could be the 360 Sheppard is more evil in the comparison).
IMO PS3 looks better, I'm confused that so many people agree with lens and make excuses for PS3s when it doesn't need it - look at the Jacob pics and shadows, it's noticeably better on PS3 IMO. <...
I hope EA can some how get more than just legal fees, I see the tactic of making a frivolous claim against EA to potentially strengthen the case against the IW guys but I hope Activison pays for Involving EA in bad faith
Even if they did, what's wrong with head hunting? EA never had a contract with activation, all Activision is doing is pathetically trying to make them look like they breached their contract - any company can offer another's employees a better deal to come work for them.

If you like paying for almost nothing, Live IMO is like 10% better than PSN but definitely not worth a brand new additional new game a year.
When your at the store what would you rather have, 2 new games or one game and Live? I now pick 2 new games cause online works just as well on PSN for 99.9% of games and the .1% still works very well.
It's just smart shopping.

I already have the the 360 version, Jacob looks al lot better on PS3 but 360s has a more wrinkled Sheppard. I thought the textures were better on 360 but PS3 had better color(Jacob) and looked cleaner in terms of shadows.

Most shooters are multiplat, and the most popular ones are on PS3 too. Unless a person must have Halo, PS3 is right up there with 360 in terms of shooters and if Killzone 3 delivers, Halo won't give 360 the advantage...Halo sadly is getting outdated, it's game play is more old style than new and even worse Bungie is gone..making a PS3 shooter no less.
