FFS man...2K Sports is the only competition to EA Sports. What in the hell would we have to compare it to? Rely solely on Sony in house sports games? I hope the Government gets involved and bring an end to the monopolistic practices of Electronic Arts.

The PS3 would be able to support a Win OS. The OS found in todays PCs definately wouldn't be the same as one made for a game console.
Dreamcast ran a MS OS.
I don't believe either of those games will dethrone WoW. It is a type of game that really appeals to the sexes. You just won't find in spaceships and more "hardcore" demonic creatures.
WoW is both casual and hardcore...this is the perfect balance in which all games wish to achieve online.
Think about all the woman that play the game and are night elves. Do you think you'll find wives wanting to dress up a sexy spaceship? It just won't appeal...

All I will say is... wait for Beta 2 or the final release because this Explorer is bugged to hell. I couldn't even surf MSNBC without it crashing. Everything was in the wrong text size and pictures zoomed to about 150% nothing but jaggies everywhere.
This is probably the worst beta release I've seen to date.

7.9 is not bad at all. But it is not strong enough for roughly two weeks worth of play. Why only two weeks? Well RB6V2 comes out... So once it comes out I most likely wouldn't even pick this up again. RB is going to hold me over till MGS4. But RB has a huge replay value to it. Part one I played for 6 months straight and still pick it up from time to time.

I'm not sure if this is common knowledge or not...but if you preorder GOW on the PSP you get a free demo. Picked it up at Gamestop today...and let me tell you that Demo was pretty f'in awesome. This game is much more than I expected the PSP to handle.

True 1080p - A TV or Player thats native resolution is 1080p.
Reason for the term came about when TVs and Players native resolution of 720p but upscales to produce 1080p pictures. True 1080p is so consumers don't get shafted with actual and just capable.
