If BD50 isn't being enough why didn't they ask for Sony to make the Triple Layer Blu-Ray disk? It not like they don't have them in the storage room.
Even if BD50 wasn't large enough, why not have a BD50 + BD25?
Also, it seems like Kojima is complaining about this. Whatelse would you put it on? Maybe sell it on Harddrives...
I want this game but not sure if I can spend $40 for 5 hours. But with scores that have all been 9s/10s+ or 4.5/5+...I just might have to rethink that purchase.
Not sure why this game actually seems interesting.
Even better than the Japanese?
I thought I was the only one that thought that way. Many reasons why I have went back to Rainbow 6 from time to time. CoD 4 has one of the best single player FPS games I have ever had the chance of experiencing. But when it came to team efforts...well there weren't any.
I love the tactical and I'm very happy to see other games getting in line with it on multiplayer front.
2008 the year of the Tactical shooter!!
Really what is the difference when places in all over the US wouldn't sell only the Wii? Remember the first year of the Wii when you'd have to buy 2 games and an extra controller between $500-$800? They were doing to same with the PS3 initially as well. This just goes to show how messed up retail section is around the world.
About when is this game coming out? I never had the chance to play the earlier versions of this game.
I just hope that this game comes out in the fall or something. I need to get tired of Rainbow 6 and MGS first.
I'm still trying to figure out what could you possible dude with multiplayer on this game.
1. Form gangs?
2. Gang rob dudes?
3. Gang rapes?
4. Treat the gang to lunch at the hot dog stand?
Anywho, this will be the first in the series I'll be purchasing. This game better live up to the hype.
I'm not your invisible disagreer, I clicked nothing for you. Because I agree with you except the point on the rumble. Rumble is the easiest thing to impliment, so it can go on 30 mins prior to pressing or it can come down in a patch later.
EEEEAANNKKKK!! Wrong answer, try again.
Playing 10 games on your first quarter? Dude, you can't play anything for a quarter anymore. Hell SF2 original through SF2HyperChampionshipEdition was 50cent with 25cent continues. Only SF1 was a quarter to play...
Oh yes...I had my roll of quarters for SF1. Man that game was hard as hell. Anyone else have Fighting Street for Turbo Graphix 16 CD? Didn't you think it would be easier to play on the home console? LoL.
I'm all kinda confused. One article says EA bought Take Two and the next article says Take Two rejects/ed the offer. So which is it?
I would like to be the first to wave the BS flag.
...but don't think I won't check on 31st of March just in case. /winks
The framerate issues came from the reviews. I didn't want to risk the chance of paying $60 for a game that wasn't performing well. Long story short, if this patch does indeed fix the problems plaguing this version, it will definitely be purchased.
EA - For a long time they have been known as the company that rushes titles out the door unfinished and left unpatched in the following months. With this upcoming patch I'd like to give you a Hi-5 from a distance for a job well don...
I still have the original for my PS1. So what am I getting different in this set other than the game?
I clicked disagree with Xeikon and it gave the disagree to you instead. Since then I refreshed my page. My apologies. /bow
I don't believe this will cause current PS3 owners to run out and buy another PS3 just because of a redesign. This is something for those MGS diehards that were holding out purchasing a PS3 because of this game.
PS3 owners that own this system already support a vast array of Sony IPs not just this one. Hard to imagine playing FF13 on a MGS box.
I think my above statement is why the Halo box for the 360 isn't an overwhelming success (it has sold a lot just n...
I totally have to agree with your statement. I didn't think anyone on this site would have followed the history of Tomshardware site.
+1 for you.
Since when did Tomshardware become a videogame review site? They went from respectable (for the most part) computer hardware review site to a gamer's site? Most interesting indeed.
It has already been stated that the PS3 can handle the 200gig version of the disk via firmware update.
