The game (as the original) already runs @ 1080p/60 on X1 and PS4, would be cool if they could add aforementioned improvements and maybe run native 1440p? Either way, hope more devs take advantage of the beefier GPU

I think he meant since Phil said it was up to the Devs on if they want to go 4k/set graphics or 1080p/60fps/better graphics which is how it should be, let the devs decide!
He also said it was Premium gaming Hardware for those who want to game in 4k or 1440p, or 1080p.

Well to be fair, Both Sony and MS stated that it is up to the devs which performance path they want to go down. Im sure we will see some 1080p 60fps gorgeous games on both platforms!
Skyrim was confirmed to run @ native 4k on the PS4 pro... so why can't the scorpio when it is in every way supposed to be more powerful?

Dont get Butt hurt lol I was not trying to be a turd. I just don't understand why Sony barely beefed the Memory and the CPU but added a decent GPU when this whole generation so far every dev has stated the CPU was the bottleneck for both systems...
The RAM is weak! 8gb of 198gb/sec GDDR5 is going to be a bottleneck for many memory extensive task... Im glad Scorpio went with 12gb of 384gb/sec GDDR5 which is what 4k gaming eats for breakfast!
Textures... With Scorpio having 12gb 386gb/sec GDDR5 and PS4 Pro having 8gb 198gb/sec GDDR5 I say if the dev's want to, their will be a noticeable difference, PS4 Pro will be a 1080p/1440p native game with textures to support that resolution, if Scorpio's games are 4k with textures to match it will be noticeable!
