My friend had one and would always defend it. "Tempest is Amazing!" Is all I'd hear, lol. I remember seeing it in action and thought, "it looks OK.
The controller was ridiculous though. Plus I had Turbografx, GenesiS and SNES. Zero interest in an Atari Console.
Well, thats not a very good comparison. I returned the pro, got a new one and now it plays through. So it was obviously the right decision.
This. My exact issues too.
I know for myself I reported the issue at least 30 times when it happened in the beta and i know others were having the same issue because i searched the beta feedback boards and Bungie acknowledged it back then. Apparently nothing was addressed though.
I had the same issue. Not only with Destiny 2, but also with a few other titles. The fan gets so loud it sounds like an industrial fan you would use to cool a warehouse. I think theres just a bad batch of pros out there. Im having the crash issue constantly too, so i exchanged my pro yesterday too.
Yes. Destiny 2 has been unplayable since the beta on my Pro and now its the same issue with the actual game. Its so bad that i cant even get past the opening story. Why wouldnt I exchange it?
You too?
Im having it. Also had it happen continuously during the beta.
When the beta did the same thing over 30 times i chalked it up to it being a beta.
When it happened 3 times in a row last night and this morning I knew something was up.
Ended up returning my Pro. It arrives tomorrow. Fingers crossed..
I want to believe that the delays are truly to polish thos game to meet expectations on the XBox One X.
I suppose we'll have to wait until next year to really see what it has to offer in the end.
He may, but damn it if he wasn't made of glass here in Chicago.
looks like junk. something you'll put on your switch for a week and then 'switch' back to a simple hard case.
Wii U? No Switch? Nintendo, look, I bought a launch Wii U and thoroughly supported it. I've moved on to the Switch. Please Bring this stuff to the Switch!!
The list of five new games is nothing special, but give us magical chase and all those wonderful Turbografx Shm'ups and there's hope!
I am an avid turbografx gamer and have an OG system with over 20 games, but the ability to play them in portable mode would be AMAZING!!
I think it's about time we got some worthwhile extras for buying amiibos. I don't care about costumes all that much and in addition, I probably won't even be getting Metroid 2 for 3DS, but I am getting the amiibos. I've moved on from the 3DS and use the Switch exclusively. It's asking a lot to carry two portable systems on your person. I hope they bring the game to the Switch eventually.
I haven't even be able to play since it since it launched early Tuesday.
IT'S TOTALLY UNPLAYABLE on my PS4 PRO.
It literally crashes EVERY time I get 1/3 of the way through the story mode, so I can't finish it to see the rest of the beta.
I'm seriously cancelling my preorder at this point.
The Beta has been continuously crashing since launch yesterday when I enter the first social space party of the story mission (fighting waves of Cabal with Zavala and others).
I found out that it will not work on the PS4 Pro with 4k settings on.
I set the system to all automatic video output and it worked for about an hour and a half late last night. Today it's back to the same issues even with the Pro set to automatic!
I hope they ...
Even 16 years ago it would have failed to sell for retail price, the 'signature' lowers the value of this 'brand new' console if anything. Time to invest in a magic eraser and hope for the best.
It's kinda like if skee-lo signed a basketball.
Is he trying to sell a 'Fred Durst signed Dreamcast?'
-OR-
Is he trying to sell a used Dreamcast with some dude's scribble on it?
No, I stopped caring (and never really cared at all) the moment PlayStation came out with trophies. And, at the moment I really don't even go for those anymore. I've got 10 Platinums and while I played some tough games to get them, they've become less and less special it seem since you can basically 'buy' them by purchasing a budget game, playing it for a few minutes and getting one.
So did I, except I actually got one, Won it last weekend here in Chicago at the Mountain Dew/Doritos Drop zone event. Only 7 other people showed up and they had 5 XBOX one Xs to win!
