In all fairness, there are people who say both things about both companies.
The one this was based on. Batman 1986, which was a Ritman/Drummond game, just like the original head over heels back in the 80, and shared both its isometric viewpoint and its core gameplay.
Exactly the same here. And if WE'RE sick of it, I can't imagine how others must feel. I've never noticed a lack of representation of my sexuality in games (in fact there have been a few decent and tasteful examples of inclusion) and I'm quite content with how things are. Homosexuals are a minority group, having them crop up every five minutes in a video game would be pretty jarring...
God I used to love this game as a boy... Almost makes me want to play it again, but I won't... I'll just keep them memories untarnished and play Arkham again lol
Edit: I was under the mistaken impression that this was originally based on the filmation engine developed by Ultimate (now Rare). It looks similar to Knightlore/Alien8 etc... but engine - wise it's unrelated.

I wasn't too sure either; I think it's going to be a pretty divisive title. Having given it a few hours myself now, I can definitely state that it's an acquired taste, but one I'm just starting to really appreciate and enjoy. Lip sync and hammy dialogue put me off at first, but there's a diamond of a game underneath once you've waded through for just over an hour.
It wouldn't be a replacement for the wii u, rather a console (or series of consoles) tailored exclusively to markets where cost and piracy are the chief issues.
I read that too. 500m projected budget for the whole series IF destiny is a success. Which, if you include dlc production and maybe three sequels, isn't all that surprising.

@Pekolie It shouldn't be supported, you're right. But when all is said and done, that is the choice of the individual and (if they feel they're being short-changed) they will vote with their wallets.
I paid for it and really enjoyed it. My wife's on her second playthrough and I'm on my fifth. Aside from the side-ops, I just love games where you try to best yourself in terms of score or ranking. I realise I'm probably in the minority on this, though, and can see why ppl might feel short changed. I just don't share in their disappointment.
I don't know about that. I mean, it's good for people like me who didn't get around to it last gen. See what you mean though; due to the art style there's not much scope for upgrading it imho.
Why pick a fight like that? So bloody childish. Try not to blanket an entire fanbase, most PS fans are just normal folks. But you don't care about that really, do you?
