now this is what I can appropriately dub the "real" Sonic The Hedgehog 06(or 08 whatever.) The 2006 one can be considered the alpha version by all accounts. I can feel it all come back to me now. The catchy, yet addicting soundtrack, the sheer adrenaline rush as you dash jump and bounce from bot-to-bot, and the all satisfying taste of victory that is nothing short of sheer awesomeness. Sonic Adventure 1&2 acheived this and the wait for November is eating me alive. >.<
I probably won't buy it til much later this year at the soonest. Sure, the "enhanced LCD" looks great but it just isn't compelling enough to be purchased yet(especially since my PSP-2000 is still awesome)
BTW does anyone even use the skype feature?

It seems the "bundle stradegy" is still paying off with the MGS4 bundle helping to balance out the months of no big releases(as of yet). The 360, as well, is selling pretty good in software(naturaly).
While software sales for the Playstation 3 are not as strong for this month or (presumably) next month, all this should change with the arrival of LittleBigPlanet and other upcoming big name titles come October. The best move, I think, Sony could make coming this October...

I think this boxart is fake..here's why:
I believe there is a feature on amazon that akkows you to upload photos and such. With that said, this clearly could be a photoshop render of sorts, so don't crucify this title just yet.
If you really are "iffy" about the title, I heard they are releasing a demo around the game's release for the PSN and XBL services. This, IMO, is a good move that will calm the naysayers and give a better analysis on whether this game tr...

last time I recalled, the PS2 has a 10-year health plan that's due come 2010. How can it have anything by 2011 if its discontinued 1 year before? If anything, it'll prob be ahead by 2009 or later.
And for those who suggest that Sony should focus on the PS3, Its not gonna happen. Sony has made this clear from day one that their systems are 10 years.

Sackboy is now the new mascot of Playstation, but is anyone really surprised? The amount of attention(and hype) this hot title has been getting, why wouldn't Sony invest in this opportunity.

the reason this happens to Xbox 360 games and only Xbox 360 games is due to the design choice of the disc drive itself. Because the design is a disc tray, the disc is not secured enough for movement during play; hence, a scratch disc as a result. This will never happen on a self loading disc drive, a drive that's available on the Wii and Playstation 3 systems.
