Its definately something Nintendo "could of come up with(did Sony really beat them to it?...wow), but seriously though..need I say more?

hile I cannot fully comment accurately on this subject,(I dont own a 360), the aricle, itself, is not a fair reason why PSN lacks "variety". Sure, XBLA has more demos and titles, but that's simply because its been out longer and the PSN library is still growing and evolving in many ways.
again, I wont comment too much on why XBLA is what it is, but this article needs more tuning in my opinion.
not yet, anyways
the copies already shipped to gamestop(or babbadges) retailers will be ready for tuesday(10/21). I know this because I called mine.
this goes for those, BTW, who live in north america.
I would put a bubble down for that, but...
I'm sure someone would do it for me.
No worries for those of you who live in the states.
Acording to Plastation.Blog, LittleBigPlanet has been dalayed only one week later(not November) to the week of Oct 27.
http://blog.us.playstation....
as for everyone else, it has yet to be announced. sorry
[looks at year-to-date sales for 2008]
ok, so if I'm reading this right, and NPD is a highly respectable, very accurate source, then Sony is, infact,...in second place?
if this evidence is indeed true, then wow, just wow.
the Xbox fanbase must sure know how to play twister with the numbers.
EDIT: the spikes for the 360 in sales for the following months: Mar, Apr, Aug, and Sept. are clearly shown for their respective reasons(like pric...
They weren't stolen. The only reason Final Fantasy went on to the Playstation was due to the limitations of the cartridge format and Ninty's stubborness.
As for MGS, that was Kojima's decision. If you ever saw G4 Icons episode on Metal Gear Solid, you would know this. Its still on youtube if you do a search for it(or google video.)
MS's tactics are totally different. not only that, they insist uponit(something Sony didn't do.)
"but hey, a "do over" was just what the PS3 needed, right? amiright, Gabe? hello? where did you go? THERE YOU ARE, hiding behind those Left 4 Dead displays. are you ready to pull that foot out of your mouth now? no? *shrugs* your loss. i mean, 14 million and GROWING Playstation 3 fans would have been a nice market to tap into for Valve."
Lolz. bubbles for you
not bad MS, considering the price cut. I'm not in the least surprised by this though, as far as who has the most this month. but I expected just a little more.
While I'm not denying who got who this month, the $200 price point just didnt seem as effective as I initially anticipated(I was expecting at least an extra 100,000 units more than the final figure).
A number of factors could've caused this(the ad itself, lack of games released currently, the SKU itself, etc.)...
why not? There's plety of promise in this up and coming community hub. A lot of people, nowadays, tend to always prejudge a product and point at its flaws before its due, yet the chances that this guy actually played it is very unlikely.
For starters, Second life is a PC-basec network, its been out for a while, and pales in comparison when it comes to potential appeal( I suppose). Its also fun to pont out that unlike Second life, which is restricted to community, buying stuff, ...
does this article deal with the youtube feature, or is it just another bonus?
still psyched though
a shame indeed. Considering the rating itself,( rated "E") I feel more sorry for the kids who could potentially run into this stuff, you know?
on the contrary, theres a good to every evil. not just the game industry.
For every oscar movie, theres also a porno as well. and for every dress, theres a malfunction.
what makes this any different.
Its no secret that LBP will be a system seller, but Home, itself, is the seperate community element that finally gives what it lacked to begin with: a true online social hub. WHether this application succeeds in selling consoles or not is debatable, but the idea of a social world, reminiscent of the matrix movies, is enough to spark some interest, I think.
I couldnt watch.. the video.
because I want to treasure every moment come October 21st ^_^
maybe they need to get laid.
(forget I said that, though)
I have nothing that wasnt said already other than the fact that that pic of Greenberg might make a good avatar...hmmm.
On a side note though,: maybe its me, but Aaron must've been smoking some funny s**** when discussing the state of blu-ray and DD.
but don't take my word for it, listen to the interview yourself.
gotta love that laughter of a MS employee.
I think we should all be a little more open minded about this decision. Take the movie industry, for starters; blu-ray is essentially exploding in appeal. Not only that, the prices of other stand alone players are right around the corner of the 400$ price tag. When considering that and the "blu-ray and PS3" promotion at places like best buy, It all becomes clear what Kaz Hirai-san really means by "comparing apples to apples..."
It may not make a whole lot of sen...
wonder when Japan is getting LittleBigPlanet.
they do have to wait longer, I think
