You can sort of do both already, you can remote play Ps1 games (or at least FF9 and Crash 3) because I've been playing them at lunch at work.
"Outside of a handful of exclusive games, what edge do they have?"
I think that's playing down the main deciding factor of any gaming platform- library, it's only one aspect but certainly the most important.
If I had to choose only one platform the main question I'd be asking myself is what's the one game I can't get anywhere else but *need* to play.
I thought it was great. I found it way easier to get into than a pure Street Fighter game.
Haha, touche- deal. Nice Video.
Here's my attempts so far I haven't finished 'Still more fighting' yet though, just finished deciding out the how to voice the arpeggios.

So pretty much any machine capable of running Windows 7 is fine.
This means nothing.
edit: Ooooo I tell you what would be good but unlikley though, support and tools for modders- let the community handle the remake- shotgun guitar parts!
Oh you beat me, what you said.
Pretty sure those 'new' screenshots are the change disc screens.
Totally agree about ME1 being the best one- hardly anyone seems to agree there.
It had the biggest soul by a mile.
I would bet both my testicles it would be awesome.
It would be quirky and wonderful and probably just slightly pervy- I loved the bit on the Last Story where you walk up to Callista and it just thows up two options out of the blue "Talk to her" or "Touch her" it made me practically fall of my chair laughing.
That's the sort of quirky touch that Final Fantasy will probably never see again.

I love how all these replies have nothing to do with responding to my comment.
Aww you all just wanted to be near to top ...how cute!
That guy's a great salesman, but my moves don't work nearly as reliably as he made out they did so I'll pass.
When Crisis Core came out I thought they were getting ready to do it on PSP because of all the dotted lines to other areas that couldn't be crossed.
Well that's sensible I suppose.
It looks real to me. Bloody nice graphics!
I find online gaming in general a bit of a chore, local multiplayer is where it's at for me.
I discovered an app to use a Dualshock with an Android phone the other day, it's really smart and you can even map buttons to where virtual buttons will be so it works with just about everything that would be better suited to a controller.

Makes Max Payne: Mobile like the best £2.50 to spend on the whole market.
I'd sign up for that feature.
That's weird if you search on Amazon it has no price but you can add that to the basket and it does have pre-order price guarantee...
Either way it's lot more attractive if that's the price point.
I don't see the appeal as a smartphone owner.
For $99 it's going to have less grunt than my SGS2 which can be connected to an hdtv/monitor and works with my Dual Shock 3.
