Anyone else notice what looks like a computer keyboard with a bass guitar neck on it?
Weird!
I'd take a Nintendo product over an Apple product any day- way more fun!
Hell yeah!
I loved that mode on 2 where you had to get to 100 tricks in order to unlock the secret characters.
PlayStation 1 era, is generally still where all my true favorites are.
Final Fantasies
Oddworld
Metal Gear Solid
Tomb Raider
Breath of Fire
Xenogears
Tekken (hasn't really evolved significantly since)
Soul Blade (same as tekken in evolution)
Time Crisis
etc
Ahhh nostalgia.... and all those games still hold up pretty well today for me.
The experiences you can...
Sweet.
I think it makes his character more plausible as gamer.
Regardless of your main platform choice/s who can honestly say they don't enjoy the odd bit of Mario!
That's a good sign, a universal solution would be better though- I don't really see why what game should make any odds if its just sending control inputs and receiving a video feed.
God of War Collections next please.
Great production values!
Thanks for saving a minute of my life dude. :)
I mean it seems accurate, which is exactly what an emulator is aiming to do.
I've played FF8 enough times to be intimately familiar with the little weirdness in performance on a PS1.
For the record I think you'll find PC Ps1 emu isn't perfect even though the extra shaders and stuff can be nice.
Try playing Paprappa the Rapper and notice the timing inconsistency.
Even Snes games when I bought a Snes and FFVI a coup...
In fariness my phone is mainly used as a phone but I use a Nexus 7 and bluetooth keyboard like a cheap netbook only it doesn't constantly grind to halt and I can finger paint. :)
Pretty much a preview of early next gen I hope, looks fantastic.
I like the update a lot.
Ps1 Rpgs plus the sort of save state by going back to main UI is perfect for me plus the emulation seems spot on, FF8 even has the same slight slow downs I remember from the original PS1 release.
I'll be busy replaying classics like Xenogears for quite some time.
I do need a better way to organize games on the home screen and more UI customization would be appreciated.
edit: I noticed people compl...
At least if its real time gameplay, they might be testing out some of versus gameplay on the sly.
Of all the FF games to make a franchise of though....
It's just another good ploy to get to re-use all the assets from the last two games. Lazy.
Wow, the GTA engine come on a long way since IV.
Ps+ is becoming pretty awesome, even if I'm feeling poor one month a get a new AAA game to play.
Good move, its one hell of a lot more flexible!
Totally, if your a jrpg fan it's reason enough to pick up a cheap 2nd hand Wii.
Bah, it's a great game- just a bit too easy.
If you like Sakaguchi's style you will love it.
Nice idea, but i'd rather have an Oculus Rift.
