Yeah but I doubt they would spend another 6+ months just to port it to another platform when they undoubtedly have new projects to be getting on with. Obviously the more platforms it's on the better but I just don't see it happening on PS3.

Of course they do, but they have so many franchises and seem to be pushing so few. I was hoping to see an Alan Wake 2 or PGR5 announcement at their press conference. I know there's Gears 3, Forza 4 and Halo 4 to look forward to, but Microsoft seem to be getting away with doing 'just enough' to appease core gamers.

I'm surprised they didn't plug XBLA at all, some of the console's hidden gems are on there but they remain hidden to the mainstream media.

As long as the milk tastes good. The fact that it's the beginning of a new trilogy indicates fresh ideas. Already can't wait.

Microsoft should've announced this at their press conference.

Exactly, new graphics, modes etc. is the way to go.

PSN is what it is today be copying XBL, and they're still catching up. No party system, universal invites, cross game chat etc. plus downloads and updates always take longer. CoD is broken on PS3, and we don't even need to mention the recent PSN outage.

You don't know what you're talking about. Xbox Live set the bar for console multiplayer and it's yet to be matched.

I think this could be a sign that the first parties are focusing on the next generation. Microsoft and Sony announced very little software for next year, and I think their new consoles will be teased next E3.

The title is wrong, it should read "PS Vita coming to Japan end of 2011 - EN/US Next Year"

This was inevitable in all honesty.

You can argue over which one was less shite but the fact remains that both press conferences didn't live up to people's expectations. You only have to look at the predictions for both conferences to see this.

343 was founded in 2007. I'm not saying it's been in production since then but it gives you a good idea of how long they've planned it for.

Don't you know anything about exchange rates? 299USD also converts to 203EUR, and yet it actually costs 299EUR.

Nah Sony's E3 2006 was a disaster.

Does this game relate to MediEvil for the PS1 at all?

5352d ago 0 agree1 disagreeView comment

I was going to buy the downloadable version anyway.

They should'nt cost more than £200, PS3 slims cost £230.

Also why use US currency to talk about UK pricing?

The Reach version looks nicer than this for me.

Right but if you reviewed those games today their scores would be much lower, and that goes for Forza 1 and 2 as well. You have to admit that they are putting a lot of effort into creating a Forza community. I personally think Forza 4 has the potential to be the best racing sim of all time.

I would hardly say that Sony "rocked". Their show was full of decent content but no megaton announcements that people were expecting. At least Microsoft, as mediocre as their press conference was, finished on a high with Halo 4. Sony ended with nothing. I can't help but think that they should have held back their handheld announcement for their press conference.

I'm actually just sick of every Witcher 2 article being full of "Why isn't it on PS3?" comments. It's been stated many times that CD Projekt is a small developer with limited resources. I'm sure the PS3 could handle the Witcher 2 adequately but they just don't have the resources to invest in it's architecture. Porting from PC to 360 is supposedly straightforward, that's why they've done it.
