I'll play a game ...fighting my way through. But, if it has difficulty spikes or artificial difficulty like infinite enemies unless you reach area x......it deminishes my enjoyment greatly.

I think the spawn raping and tank abuse early on destroyed noob fun. Leaving the core fans. But even they have left in large numbers. Perhaps more interesting maps? Or a third random enemy?

But games have come a long way from simply being a game. The narrative is essential. A great story can certainly be done with female soldiers or personel.
Aliens has a legacy of creating exceptionally strong female leads. And the themes present in Aliens movies always touch on progeny & the wills of the females of each species. ...
Playing devils advocate - a large part of aliens is the juxpostion of a female lead where a male chracter would normally be.
The alien films all use this to great effect. Even Prometheus.
Taking it out of the game isn't a big deal from a gaming perspective. But, an argument could be made that the developers don't understand the ip their working with as well as they should.

Trent Reznor has done far more for consumers of music than most know. And he is musically a genius by his peers standards - so I'd lean towards their musical knowledge than some random on the interwebs.

The WiiU might be only a "360" but, if that's true - and I suspect it's very close, then Ninny could sell it at $199 from day 1 and still make profit. And at that price it'll fly off shelves. Sony can't afford to hand market share over to Ninny, so a price cut on ps3 would be very smart indeed.

Older Dante was super serious through the whole game....I wanted to know why. What brought him so down.
By the time of the ending as a fan your pissed.
Then his kill shot ending he comes back for a second. It was awesome. The smirk...the whimsy in his eyes. Roll creds.
The girl wasn't bad either. Not exactly what fans wanted and she needed to cross Dante's path far more than she did...

Yeah, I'm glad that it appears tecmo listened to the fans. You don't take away the sexy silliness that iffereniates you from other fighters.
But it's also kinda worrisome how much tecmo waffles. NG U also has brought back weapon leveling. Something that fans wanted all along. Why change something that adds depth?

I generally am below average at fighters. I feel really frustrated with capcom Fighters....I hit a wall where great players obviously don't.
But persona arena is the shiz! I still lose more than I win but, damn my game is much closer to winning most matches so far.
I play lots of fighters.....knowing I'll never be really good.....persona makes me think I could get better. Great game!
