I hope the core of "single player", stays single player. if they want an add-on in the form of co-op or online multiplayer, its fine by me. More ways to enjoy a game. But the main single player I want to play it alone.

A game that did a nice co-op style was Phantasy Star online for the Dreamcast. You could play alone or with friends and the game was amazingly cool.

I said they SOME of them were responsible in another post and got tons of disagrees.

These guys cant speak for a group when said the group does not know each other as individuals. This is just cyber terrorism with a bad structure.

But one thing bothers me, why does Anon is so interested in shoving this off. Why are they so worried?! I´ll tell you why, they are accomplices. They might not stolen anything but if the FBI tracks the ones that did, they will ...

Wont matter how I put it, I know this will sound bad, but here it goes.

Sony´s concerned over the US and came up with a plan to salvage Identity theft in days. In Europe its always the same excuse regarding the various countries. Europe has European laws. If one law is inforced under the European Counsel, than other countries will likely adopt that law. Sometimes I just feel that Sony doesnt care for Europe, even though its one of their strongest market.

Nintendo took the crown with the Wii but to third party studios, the Wii wasnt a very viable option.
Nintendo aint going hardcore, they are going on a third party friendly device. Trying to emulate an hardware capable of competing with PS3 and X360 in order to get some third party games. The problem is the image Nintendo left. I have a couple of friends that bought the Wii with the Sports Resort and never bought a single game after it. They were happy with the package and dont even co...

Imagine this:
100 hackers start attacking SONY´s servers. They probably used some PS3 info extracted from the console after Geohot released the keys. After that, one lonely guy amongst 100 thinks to himself:

*Hey, maybe I could do this!*
-Guys, keep doing that, I gotta go pee!

After that he sees an opening in the intrusion and goes for it.

Anon members are guilty? Not all of them, they probably wanted to break him, paint ...

There is no "simple answer", there is only NO!
I agree with you man. I really hope Nintendo backs down on this decision and makes the new Wii with at least a 250gb hard drive. Developers will be pleased and gamers will rejoice. Put some media capabilities in it and you are set (photo, videos and web apps).

That right there, is the reason why Sony got hacked!
MS just couldnt take a joke! Ahaha... XD

Cmon, no one has to be ofended by that! Its true! The RROD exists or existed if you will! Now the MS crowd can make a nod to the PSN downtime in the next gears of war 3. Cmon, we can take a joke. Do it! Its all for laughs and giggles guys, grow up. ;)

This is just ridiculous!

If they wanted Linux, they shouldnt have made the update that removed it.
If they wanted to play games, they should just updated the PS3 and let their computer run linux.

I bet the "scene" community will rejoice with this but only 1% of them will actually install Linux back. Even though the remaining 99% of them cried out "Foul" and "I want my money back".

I just want a "hack...

I wish I could understand a bit of programming in order to understand how someone can enter a big corporation server and steal information.

Makes me wonder how really secure are our details in public offices storages like government servers.

Still, SONY has BALLS coming out publicly and admit the intrusions. Some companies might be victims of this and they dont even know about it or simply dont expose the situation to their customers.

I believe they believe they didnt do it!
Let me explain, these guys are a group of people that dont know themselves in person. These are guys who "hang-out" in chat channels talking about stuff. If they say they didnt do it, then they didnt do it. The trust they have in each other is based on chat words.

Still, they may say they didnt do it but Anon sure had some worries in coming up early saying they didnt do it. That is a little upsetting.

Lets see...

Sony has 70 millions users personal info and these users never complained money theft.

Hackers got the info last week and several users have been robed.

Hum... tough call on this one... \sarcasm

Really?
They arent the culprits! These hackers are!

I agreed with everything you said.

However, dont think LIVE is free from these types of things. Online retailers, STEAM and various other online services are targeted with these kind of attacks every now and then. With SONY, they took down PSN and this is looking really bad on Sony´s part.

I wouldnt be surprised if SONY just quit the console thing. I mean, they really cant do nothing good because people are always trying to take it down. First it didnt h...

Accounts get compromised in every other online retailers here and there.
I think people are blowing this out of proportion but still its unfortunate.

The only thing im mad about is that SONY didnt tell us earlier that personal info was compromised.

Next? Wait for PSN go back online.
Change your password and then wish you werent one out of 50 million users that got its info stolen. I mean, it would be really unlucky to get info stolen out of so many diferent users and details.

I bet he used the government credit card on the PSN and is now really, and I mean, REALLY worried!!

5467d ago 109 agree5 disagreeView comment

Im mad because Sony took almost a week to tell me my credit card info was compromised.

I use mostly PSN cards by I have an old account where Im almost sure I didnt erase its details. I just wish I could login to erase it but I cant...

My name, adress and various other details are there. I just wished this was told to me earlier.

Now Im anxious to know if I still got my account.

5467d ago 20 agree7 disagreeView comment

This is really a disaster.
I mostly used PSN cards since I dont like using CC details in online transactions. However, if my account gets stolen I´ll be pretty pissed. I have lots of content there and this will definitely be hard to solve in case I need to justify my account got stolen.

I have a feeling a new firmware will be released. No new features though but only a new encryption code in it to secure the PSN once again. I think thats the reason why its taking them so long.
