If the items obtainable through ELITE are mere asthetics, then Im ok. If it brings power-ups or something like that, then I wont even buy the game. Its like those "free" mmos. They are free to play but your progress is seriously hindered unless you buy items with real money.

When the PS3 got released, I had this crazy theory about Sony making a PS2 with just more RAM and faster CPU. I see better looking games on PS3 today but I havent seen anything that I havent saw in the PS2 era in terms of graphical effects.
What I mean is, if they did that back then, then all PS2 games would be backward compatible. This brings me to this question:

More surprisingly is the authour didnt even mention faulty hardware. The reason Im not a X360 owner from the day it released is because the X360 got so many fault units in its first 2 years.
Im surprised for the 8.5 on graphics. The game looks great! I know 8.5 ia good score but graphics and physics seem to me a bit over the top to just earn a 8.5.

If people dont like the game they just shouldnt buy it. Unfortunaly, in N4G, most of the people who trash talk it will eventually buy it.
The only CoD games that hook me in the online aspect are the Modern Warfare series. I skipped WaW and Black Ops online since I dont really enjoy the overall experience on them. So, for me, CoD is only a game that releases every 2 years. I´ve left Modern Warfare 2 some time ago and I look foward to game MW3 for a few months. I like the experience and enterntainment.

If Xgame chat came to the PS3 it would be announced like the 2nd coming in PS blog and others news sites. An update like that would shatter the world by placing the only thing Xbox has that the PS3 hasnt got.
Still, the Xgame chat is a highly overrated feature! People complain of mute lobbies in PS3 COD games but in Xbox360 is the same now because anyone is chatting with their other buddies in a party chat.
