I own a wiiu, and I plan on getting a Xbox one next year. Last generation I owned both a wii and a Xbox 360. I also own a 3DS as well.

I bought one almost a year ago, and I don't regret it. Have been having fun playing New Super Mario U, Batman Arkham city armored edition, and more recently, Windwaker HD, and Mario 3d World. No regrets so far. For me, it is like an upgrade for the wii. The mario games have the option to play exactly how they would on the wii, and I can play all my old wii games. Why would anyone get rid of their PS3 or Xbox 360??? The new consoles are not backwards compatible, and their are only a handful of games worth getting right now for the PS4 or Xbox One.

Exactly, there is no reason to want any console to fail. Who cares who wins? Last Generation, all the consoles did great! Heck, Nintendo was even on top for the longest time with the wii! The article states that if the kinect breaks, then the whole system wont work, and the won't be able to purchase another kinect separately... Well isn't that the EXACT same scenario as the wii u? I mean you literally can't run it without the gamepad, and you can't buy one of those separately. I haven't heard of this being an issue at all. Oh, and as for "worst" Zelda games goes, my list includes Zelda II and Majora's mask for me. Not because they are horrible games, but because they took the series in a direction that I personally did not care for. I am not saying that EVERY Zelda game should be the same, but for me, Zelda is better when it follows the basic "Zelda" formula.

Link's Awakening came out AFTER Zelda II. In fact, it came out AFTER a Link to the Past! Why they switched the style from Zelda 1 to Zelda 2 is because they wanted to try something different. I sold all my gamecube versions of Metroid Prime, and Metroid Prime 3 to buy this, and then it was released very limited, and I was unable to find a copy when I was finally ready to purchase it... then the prices for the used copy skyrocketed! Since I wasn't able to grab this during its initial run, I will gladly pick it up now!
