No surprise here it seems like ms came out with a limited edition 360 for every game.
Gears of war, halo, COD, final fantasy, all had one, just away to sell more consoles, but it would seem smarter to make Xbox1 limits edition for forza or ryse at this point
Not sure need is the right word for him to use here. there is a case to be made that many people do. I know some people that just have to get a new tablet or smart phone every year.
After playing GOW 3 on ps3 I cannot wait to see what they could do on ps4. Prepare for epicness. Please, please be true.

Think about this when ms released the 360 the stated goal of the company was not we are going to hurt sony, but we are going to win this generation. They are still last so I doubt ms is running around giving each other high fives going we took some of Sony's huge lead away but still got beat.
Yup now you have to pay for online which isn't cool but that's true for both systems.
But if you had a psplus account thAn you would know it was worth it.
It is so funny when Xbox fans talk about how 360 beat ps3, when the sales world wide confirm Xbox in last place. But Xbox still won because ps didn't sell as much as ps2, which shattered all console game sales. Didn't know winning meant not getting beat as badly as you did last time
Only it isn't level ps4 is still more powerful and cheaper. And ms is still losing in pre order sales. Also from what I have seen ( admittedly just on this site and maybe inaccurate) ps4 will have more available at launch then Xbox1.
And not for nothing but your average consumers don't follow up on news, on tv one night they seen ms policies they did not like made up their minds, and stopped looking into it.
Plus I have heard no one say " now I am canceling my ps...
BF 4 vs. COD Ghost once again we have the this time will be different argument this time BF will win. Been hearing this said over and over, but unfortunately games that are really good usually sell worse than games that recive lots of hype.
I am sure every one here can think of a title or 2 you thought was great but sold poorly. And a lot of people will just get which ever game they can play multiplayer with their friends.

Handle getting beat by sony again did. And getting beat is getting beat plain and simple they had a head start and lower price last time and still lost. And as for the Wii yup so far it is number 1 in sales this gen, however it has been dead in the water for awhile now and sold largely to a market that is gone, casual gamers. They play on tablets and smart phones now.
Rrod only had to delay launch a little bit to fix problem but wanted to be out as much ahead of ps3 as possible.

Really doesn't matter since they dropped the feature. But if it was truly their for unlimited free use of the game for 10 friends would that not have hurt software sales for Xbox1. And ultimately hurt ms standing with devs.

Sony has been beating Xbox360 in sales month to month for a while. dominating pre orders for next gen. And totally crushed the first Xbox with ps2, and don't forget ps1 won that gen to.

Yup, I agree with you. Ms didn't change because of sony if they did they would also drop the price. It was all about pre order numbers and public out cry. And not the out cry of people who are sony fans either. So Xbox fans have themselves to thank/ blame, depending on which side of the drm fence you where on
I believe that all the so called great feature ms was spouting about Xbox1 where all lies. Put features out there require unpopular drm then be "forced" to remove drm taking supposed features with it.
Because if they where really there at all why not give them to their loyal Xbox live gold members.
Most of you seem to be forgetting how a lot of games said they where only possible with the cloud. Which since the Xbox180 ms has said they will launch that in 2014, and if you choose to be an off line gamer can you even play those games. Ms built their machine around what the cloud stating it was integral to how the machine functions for games. Sony built a powerful machine that is easy for devs to use.

Yeah look Xbox fans here is this bluray player it was very advanced tech 7 years ago. that all of you said didn't matter when it was in ps3, but now is a sweet addition to your console since it is gonna be in the Xbox1.
As a gamer the fact is that is kinda the problem with Xbox. Ms is philosophy is to build an all in one entertainment hub. Sony's is to build an awesome gaming machine. While sony focused on making a system that devs love to work on, ms tried to cram a bunch of useless features into the Xbox1. They are useless to anybody that owns a smart tv. And people saying stupid Crap about Netflix, hulu plus,etc. My ps3 currently has all that. Netflix, hulu plus, Amazon prime, crackle, downloads movie...
Ps4 for sure.
Xbox1 went from no chance to a strong maybe, but I feel there are to many unknowns so I will wait and see just how good it really is before making a purchase.
