It seems more and more that ms is moving away from the core gamer. Trying to sell the Xbox1 as a tv device, a business tool or anything they can convince people...
First he talks about both consoles and says he would use Kinect if the precision is good enough. And Xbox fans take that as a ringing endorsement for Xbox1.
second Japanese game developers will not but all their support behind Xbox1 unless it sells in Japan. If you know how well the other 2 Xboxes sold in Japan you know that's a long shot.
You bring up some good points, but I stand by my opinion. I believe people will use the tv features, and snap a few times and eventually not at all.
And Kinect possible potential will most likely be pushed to the side as ms tries to capture the casual gaming market.

And how many games will be on ps4 that are not on Xbox1. You only have to compare the history of ps2,ps3 to Xbox,&360 to know there will be more ps exclusives then Xbox exclusives.

It is not rock solid but sometimes people pass on a game only to buy it later and cheaper, but then they really like said game so next time that developer puts out a game or the sequel they preorder and pick it up. Becoming life long fans of said franchise or dev.
this happened with boarderlands for me didn't buy it then picked it up used for 25$ loved it bought dlc for it and picked up 2 right away.
Yeah they really need to cut the price, if it was 200-250$ I bet it would sell a whole lot more.

Ps4 reveal was before the Xbox1. So how could they have changed their minds after they saw the ms backlash.
I have heard some devs say snap mode won't work while playing some games. Also not sure how useful this feature will be it how well it will work. Do you really want a portion of your screen while playing a game or watching a movie takin up by Twitter or Facebook.
Kinect most people I know still would rather see ms take it out and cut the price. How many of you are enjoying your Kinect now? Because chances are if you don't like motion gaming you won't like it next gen eithe...
This list is stupid and here is why IMO
1: waiting for new models, well there won't be new models if nobody buy them. The gaming industry all tech based industries need early adopters to make them money to develop those advancements.
2: sony didn't try to hide the fact that you now have to pay for mp, the ps+ services is a great value to the people using it and they still offer plenty to people outside the pay wall.
And the ps3 being 600$ at launch is not a rea...
List is the big 3 plus ouya. So basically saying you want everything that plays games. But who really wants them all?
I don't think ouya is going to do well. And not many people going to buy all of the big 3 either most people get just 1 followed closely by those who get 2 very few of any can afford all three let alone support buying games for them all.
Can't have perfect dark, that's rare and they are owned by ms.
