Shenmue 1 a movie? What Shenmue game did i play on the Dreamcast then?

I owned Shenmue on Dreamcast and Shenmue II on the original Xbox. As much as i was happy to hear it was returning, two things struck me
- At just $2 million, what kind of game would it be? That is a ridiculously small budget for a sequel to Shenmue II
- It says an 'expected 2017 fall' release date. Hold on..so this game could possibly slip to 2018? And knowing thetrack record of a lot of japanese devleopers, a slip in release date is most likely.
I loved it because they showed and concentrated on games coming out in 2015 and no later than 2016.
They reassured me that they have blockbusters releasing this fall that i will no doubt buy like Halo 5, Fable Legends, Tomb Raider and Forza Motorsport 6. Prior to that, i will be playing the Rare colection, Gears remaster and Elite Dangerous.

I pledged for the PC version but fall 2017 means that i will not bother thinking about this game any more for at least a year.

I was really happy to hear that finally, I will get to finish Shenmue. I went to kick starter to pledge for a digital copy and I saw release date fall 2017 and was seriously disappointed in that news. I still pledged anyway. Remake of FF7 was also welcomed but then knowing squares track record, what decade is this game going to come out?
I was even pissed off when I saw Mass Effect Andromeda release date scheduled for fall of 2016.

Just purchased a 4TB hard drive on amazon. I need Elite Dangerous now.
It releases next spring so will not be long before we get to see gameplay.

Halo 5 looks amazing. One thing i love about Microsoft games this gen is the have gone crazy with colour and particle effects and Halo 5 is no different.
