The title has been changed but as it stands the article is old because that tweet was posted nine hours ago and prior to the article being posted, the signin issue had been resolved. The only issue that is there is the purchasing of music from Xbox music/groove and that ain't gaming related.
So as it stands, the article is OLD and also NOT GAMING RELATED.
Xbox live is NOT down. Down means that the service is not functional which is false.

Same here. I bought it because it reminded me of Jet Force Radio Future that i loved on the Sega Dreamcast.
After playing it for a few hours, i dropped it and realized that - while a good game - it is not for me.

Did not know that the forthcoming ford GT had an extendable rear wing and air brakes. For a 6 cylinder motor, it shure does have a gorgeous exhaust note.

I did not buy my Xbox One to count pixels but to continue to play great games that i love like Forza and Halo.
I am getting it but not at launch. Will get it either late December or in January.
Just means that game development is over and it is getting ready to be shipped, or is already being shipped to retailers.
If not for the demo, i would not have bought Forza Horizon 2. SO glad i did because its the best racing game i have played in a decade.
I am so excited to play this game but unfortunately, i will not be getting it at launch because i just finished Forza Horizon 2 campaign on sunday and i have to say, that FH2 campaign is the longest racing game campaign i have played and one of the longest games i have ever played. 200 events with four different types of racing per event.
