There is no confirmation all games will use dedicated servers. It is likely only exclusives will use them.
It really doesn't matter. A headset is headset and it will be more than adequate for basic voice chat. If you want state of the art quality you'll obviously have to buy a 3rd party product, on both consoles.

Depends on your definition of "Huge". The PS4 performance advantage is pretty significant and since both have similar architectures, the extra power will easily transfer to games.
Destiny will be associated with the Playstation brand. It's a marketing tactic and once the franchise takes off it will catapult the PS4 along with it in popularity. It worked for the Xbox 360 and Call of Duty, it will work for Destiny and Playstation 4.
