no where near gears 1? Can't believe your saying that, I actually tried playing gears after uncharted, and I just couldn't get through it without playing it coop(because it was boring, not difficult...), coop was really fun though.
The hardest part jumping from uncharted to gears, the scenery is just horrible, there are only hip-high wall and nothing else...you'll get in a room, see the other end of it, because nothing high enough gets in the way, and ennemies would pop in...
the damage may not be impressive, but read again; it says impressive crashes, and you cannot deny that head to head crashes are not impressive
I always feel like fifa is over-rated, it's the best football game out there, but it should be sooo much better! We get one of these every year and they still mess up stuff like laggy menus or weird control. These games should be freaking perfect by now!
and I agree with you, every year they just add a gimmick like being the goal keeper, and then just say all the other features are "better", it still feels the same though

Maybe they all loved it, but just loved another game more...like you with heavy rain.
Also, GOW3 was super epic and awesome while you played it, but was very forgettable compared to red dead, heavy rain or Mass effect 2

yeah, they did, for the Heavy Rain review, though I do not think that this site is biased, they just have a harsh rating system and won't give out easy 9s like so many other sites.

you can also add AC:brotherhood and fallout:new vegas to the list, those games sell really well. Other games can still try and pull a borderlands and sell well.

the PC and mac versions come on the same disk, and anyway owning the game lets you download digitally any version of the game.
I'm runninh the game on a MBP with a 9400M it runs relatively well on minimum settings, but will start dropping the framerate when the battles become to big (about 100 units on screen)
I had kind of the same problem as the writer, but I didn't lose my save.
I disconnected while loading a cutscene at the end of a mission, and the game ended up loading the first cutscene of the campaign and then prompted me to start the first mission. kinda weird...I just quit the campaign page and reloaded it, luckily, I was fine.
