There are still plenty of blockbusters for the X1 in the launch window. I don't have any "launch window blues", just because Watchdogs got pushed back. Hell I didn't even plan on buying Watchdogs. The guy says hes buying a ps4, not an X1, so maybe that's his problem.

You can have ps plus. Ill take dedicated servers over that any day. No more host advantage, no more modders|cheaters, no more host migration, most lag gone. Anyone that wants the best online MP, shoud be considering the X1. Not to mention MS has already said the Games for Gold will evolve, so I dont expect ps plus will have an advantage going forward.
Yeah alot of people tried to make fun of the cloud on the X1. Now that they see the cloud is for real, they are eating crow. I bet the X1 will get several exclusives just because of the cloud, Titanfall comes to mind.I look forward to seeing how cloud computing makes games better. We already see an example of this with Forza 5s AI. Good times ahead.
Why not go to youtube and do a search on Ryse? There are plenty of vids that show gameplay and 0 QTEs. Look for the combat vidoc and the Gamestop event, or any MP video. I would post the links but Im using the 360 to surf the web.

Eactly what ps4 games run at 1080p 60fps? Killzone runs 30fps in Sp and sub 60 in MP. Drive Club is 30fps. So that only leaves Knack lol. MS has Forza 5 and Killer Instinct. I dont think you need to let on like every ps4 games runs at 1080p 60fps, because thats a lie and you are misleading people.

And the best answer to these people having crap internet is dedicated servers. Just think, their crap internet will only effect them. On the ps4 you will have to deal with them being host of your game and all the frustration that comes with it. I bet you are really looking forward to that.

Sony will be using P2P servers for both games. Their PR speak is very telling. They dance around the subject ike a bunch of cats on a hot tin roof.Live will continue to be the best online service 3 gens in a row.

The 360 has all assortment of indie games. I guess sony didnt get the memo. If you are so in love with indie games, you can have the lot of them. Most people couldn't care less about indie games, because 95% of them are garbage. Most people want AAA blockbusters. No need to pretend that indie games suddenly matter. The last thing I want to play on my new $400-$500 console is a game that could run on a NES.

I can see why the author is concerned. Its hard enough using a pc to game without Steambox and Mantle being in the picture. The guy is right, now that SteamOs and Mantle exist its going to fragment the pc market. Its going to stretch 3rd party devs thin trying to code for pc, mantle, consoles and SteamOs. We certainly might see a migration of pc gamers to consoles.
All of that controversy has died down considerably since E3. MS changed their policies before it got too far out of hand. Now most of the talk is about the games and features. Minus the few anonymous "insiders" that drum up negative press for attention.

I disagree TechMech about the online services. Live will have dedicated servers on the cloud, as well as improvements to games via the cloud. PSN will be P2P servers on most 3rd party and 1st party titles. Anyone that enjoys online MP should be seriously considering the X1. It will do away with host advantage, most lag, cheaters/modders, and host migration. Anyone who has played a lot of online MP knows how frustrating these things can be.
I was wondering how they were going to handle a 1000 friend strong friends list. Looks like they were forward thinking when it came to that.

These are the latest vids and there are no QTEs in any of them. The whole QTE argument is pure nonsense.
If you want a true next gen experience buy an X1. If all you care about is the same thing as ps3/360 just more powerful buy a PS4.
X1 has all the features of the ps4 plus- voice recognition, voice control, motion control, in-game video chat, custom soundtracks, Smartglass support, an IR Blaster to run your whole home theatre through the X1, dedicated servers through the cloud, and game improvements through the cloud. I disagree Abizzel. They have shown plenty of vids that first look absolutely amazing, and second didn't show any QTEs. I think some people jump on the qte argument just because they don't have anything else to argue about when it comes to Ryse. The game looks fantastic, and according to recent hands on impressions plays well too. I mean its obvious from the newest vids that its nothing like the qte fest it seemed to be at E3.
